As a Fulbright Visiting Scholar in the academic year 2024-25, I had to complete my Sprintax Calculus profile for 2025, but I couldn't login because of an 2FA issue. I am a Fulbright participant (2025) and previously did the Mandela Washington Fellowship (2022). Navigating the two different records in Sprintax Calculus was a bit technical, but the interface eventually helped me correctly establish my Non-Resident status. The integration with IIE is very helpful for getting the 1042-S sorted before the mid-February deadline. It’s a specialized process, but much easier once your history is correctly synced!

As an international student, I've been using Sprintax for a few years. When I had issues, the Sprintax team was always eager to help me. This time, I couldn't access my account because of an authentication issue. Great, Alex Kalchev (Sprintax Returns) helped me solve the problem very easily and quickly. I'm glab the Sprintax was always helpful in solving any arising problems.

I had difficulty accessing the 6-digit code for Sprintax, but Mark Valentive provided clear guidance to resolve the issue. All is good now.
