03/02/2023 - Order place. Advertised 3 day work time plus delivery.
09/02/2023 - Delivery window missed.
13/02/2023 - Contacted due to non-delivery. Was told it would get dispatched again. No tracking for first parcel given.
23/02/2023 - Contacted due to non-delivery. Was told it still hasn't been sent out yet. Would be sent out the next day priority.
07/02/2023 - Nothing ever received after a month. Opened case with merchant.

Awful, terrible customer service, no response. Ordered on 14/02/23 paid for next day delivery £8.95 and it’s now the 22/02/23 and still haven’t received it. I’ve called and keep going to answer machine… awful service!

I ordererd 3 stamps with 3-5 working days delivery on the 9th of February and today 20th still not receiving them... i tried to trace Royal mail with the number they gave me and it does not exist. I needed them quite urgently.
BUY THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I ordered, and paid for, on line three packs, each containing two ink cartridges for self inking stamps. A package was received 48 hours later containing only one pack of ink cartridges. I tried calling the customer help number to notify them of the short delivery, which according to the terms on the delivery note should be made within three days from date of delivery. Despite calling in normal working hours the line was answered by recorded message which asked me to leave a message after the beep, but which immediately disconnected, I assume because the message machine was already full of messages. I therefore sent an email to the address on the delivery note, which has not yet elicited a response.

24 hours later I called the number again. This time it was answered by a gentleman who checked my order details, reassured me that there was no stock availability problem, and promised me the outstanding two packs would be posted first class mail that evening for them to arrive today. I sent a follow-up email to the company to update my first email.

I received a further package today as expected, but it only contains one pack of ink cartridges, rather than the two which were required to make up the original order. I have therefore had to leave a message on the answering machine, and send another e mail, to try a resolve what should have been a simple on line purchase.

I am exceedingly frustrated that the organisation should repeat the same error, and make a second short delivery, particularly as I would have expected the message to have been passed to the packing department that this was a dispatch to make up for a previous error. I have wasted far too much time already trying to get this resolved, and certainly will not be recommending them to my colleagues.

You only know how good a company is when something goes a little wrong. Really great customer service, highly recommend Stamps4U

I had a really great ordering experience. I purchased an embossing stamp using a custom designed image. I was able to upload my own graphic and use the online tool to create exactly what I needed. I ordered over the Christmas period and knew I wouldn't receive this item until after 5th January. It arrived today and is of excellent quality.

I would happily recommend and definitely use again.

I purchased an ID stamp on the 14th December and was told 7 working days, and I am yet to number which goes to an automated message and then cuts you off! This item was for a Christmas present. I think it is inexcusable and unprofessional to take your money and not send you your item. So you are forced to escalate it and then they rudely ignore your emails. All I want is my money back! I will contact PayPal for a refund. I am a nurse and these stamps are really useful but I certainly won’t be recommending Stamps4U.

You take one year to send me the invoice.AND HAS NEVER SENT ME MY STAMPS
I receive an email from your company every week about your productsand never any reply about the stamples.
I had to buy from other supplier.Bad service and disgrecaful marketing / promotion invading never ending advertising emails

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR THAT I HAVE BEEN MUCKED AROUND WITH PAYING EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHICH DOESN'T HAPPEN.
WASTED TIME CHASING THE ORDER ON BOTH OCCASIONS. EXCUSES - COMPUTER CRASHED, FACTORY FORMAN STUFFED UP ETC - AND MORE CHASING FOLLOWED.
BETTER TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.
I SHOULD RECEIVE A REFUND.

Ordered a Trodat Printy Dater 46130 30mm through their easy to use website. Very prompt service and a great product. Not cheap but exactly what I wanted!

ordered on 4th december, a couple of days later checked my account and order...it said..the order has been sent....next day I emailed them to say I hadn't received it , emailed me back apologised saying they had been waiting on a shipment which had just arrived that day and my order would be sent later that afternoon,,,,,,so why did it say order has been sent when they didn't even have it at that time??
it did arrive on 14th december...I like to be kept informed and able to track my order which didn't happen...so I won't be using this company again

Selected 1st class delivery, sent 2nd.

No confirmation of dispatch so called to chase - customer service and interaction isn't high on there list of priorities.

Stamp is ok, but the ink pad is basically dry (open in the pack - thought they were normally sealed?)

The worst company ever to deal with, no customer service whatsoever. Over two weeks later and still I don't have a Stamper I can use. I have had issues with getting through to someone as it's a voicemail most times.

No updates as what is the status of my order nothing, if I could rate ZERO stars I would. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in a long time until now.

Disgrace !!!
