Great service and a well packaged and well presented product at a competitive price. Cannot fault.

Fast delivery, competitively priced and easy to order on the website. Ordered a pair of Lacoste Sliders that were a little too big when I tried them. Sent them back with a note requesting an exchange for a smaller size and within a few days the new size arrived and were perfect. Thanks and will definitely be ordering again!

Brilliant company. The order was processed and dispatched swiftly. They also use Royal Mail for their courier service so thats a massive plus overall! Really happy with Standout and will most likely buy something else from them again in the future, cheers folks!

Disappointing. I believe the product is genuine but the quality of the stitching is poor and faulty in places. It’s the type of quality you’d expect in an outlet store with discounted prices but not when you are paying full retail price.

I’m writing unprompted to say how impressed I am with Standout. There was a problem with the delivery of my order and Roger and the team sorted it straight away, calmly and without any hassle. I honestly can’t remember a better experience of customer service and would certainly have been waiting longer without guarantee of satisfaction with a larger organisation. Incredible customer service. Solved an issue that was entirely of my own making but went above and beyond to help me. Would not hesitate to buy from this site again. Excellent product and even better customer service.

I’d like to write a balanced review based on my experience with Standout which unfortunately had turned out to be a disaster. I placed an order 27/10/2025 for three items totalling £250 (well priced in all fairness). However, their chosen courier decided to leave the parcel in my building unattended and without seeking consent, that subsequently ended up going missing. Now, I contacted Standout about the issue who were rather responsive but 12 days after the event deemed it reasonable to suggest that I wait an additional 30 days for a Royal Mail investigation. The tonality of their responses seemed to have changed despite following their instructions with regards to the denial of receipt processes.

Fundamentally what Standout fail to understand is that they hold a contract with couriers of their choosing and the onus is on them to ensure safe delivery in line with consumer law. No replacement nor refund was offered and I have continually needed to initiate contact with them. So, for those of you who do intend to buy from this retailer it would be wrong to suggest that in terms of pricing they do not present themselves as a viable retailer, but in terms of problem handling be prepared to expect a rather poor remedial service.

Granted you are a small retailer, but with every respect and I truly mean no disrespect, you are transacting as a retailer all the same. GPS does not suggest safe delivery and this instance would be a great example that it does not ensure safe delivery.

I have rarely had such an easy time of it with a company. Prompt despatch and delivery. Excellent and prompt communication when I needed to return the item. Rapid refund. Could one really wish for more?
