I got the Hoka trainers I wanted at a very good price and quick delivery.
Very happy with the company.

I received my order today and the trainers were a bit small.They were Asics and although I take a size 7.5 these were a small fit. So I followed the return instructions to scan QR code on letter in package. This wouldn't work. I tried several times and no luck
Plus I realized there is no free return postage.
I packaged it in box and mail bag and posted it to Start Fitness.
I had also paid for a speedy delivery so I paid approx £6.00 for that.
I went to post office and purchased a mail bag plus £5.70 worth of postage to send item back.
Just be aware that return to change is not straightforward.
I wanted item for travelling and I followed the size guide but the size was still wrong.

Awful customer service RUDE AND ABRUBT avoid. Purchased £130 bike pedals for a birthday for my son. They arrived used covered in grease and scratches. I called them up immediately and they asked me to send them back, so I went out straight after the call and sent them back, I photocopied the return receipt as proof and emailed them it. Called them up to see if they received the email with receipt which they confirmed. They promised they would send me a new pair out that day on 24hr delivery in time for my sons birthday. Next day NOTHING ARRIVED, started to panic called them up asking what happened as my son is now upset and the customer service guy knowing they messed up immediately shut me down extremely unprofessional and told me to shut up and then when I tried to tell him they have let me down he told me TO JOG ON!!! Could not believe it.. crazy service!!! This guy is representing your company and speaking to people like this! I couldn’t even speak to someone different as he put the phone down on me and everytime I called back he answered the phone!!! Now I’m out of pocket £130. No pedals. Will need to chase with bank. I paid for a years delivery with this place as was going to spend £100’s on more bike parts but no chance now. This discount isn’t worth the risk.

Disappointing product and a slow, frustrating returns process. I bought a pair of wrestling boots for my son and they ripped after just two uses, not what you expect from brand-new footwear. To the company's credit, they provided a returns label and did eventually issue a full refund. But getting there took weeks: the boots were received back on 25 August and the refund only came through in mid-September, well beyond their own stated 7–10 working day timeframe. Communication was inconsistent too, with different timescales quoted along the way. I got my money back in the end, but only after repeatedly chasing. Can't recommend based on the product quality or the effort required to resolve it.

The delivery and return experience was very smooth. Sadly my feet do not fit the sandals well (bunions) and I had to return them. I have been kept informed of the process of both the delivery and return and am expecting the refund to be as prompt.

I ordered a size 6 shoe by mistake (I needed a 7) and emailed customer service to ask if they could cancel the 6 as I had ordered a 7 too! The very nextday early morning I had an email saying my request had been completed and the 6 was cancelled. Great customer service ... speedy delivery and amazing sliders! (In a size 7) :)
