Design Team Reviews

Designed and built my website which I’m very happy with , great advice and info on how to keep my business at the top of searches .

Always helpful as ever, lots of knowledge in their field and are true to their own deadlines can’t recommend Ciaran enough.

I’ve been with star websites for 5+ years mainly Calum and Mason, can’t fault either they bring in work when we invest money, they know the market well and can tweak things on the fly as when it’s needed.

Would recommend

The design team are fast, efficient, responsive and really friendly. Great customer service from start to finish.

Working with Sophie and the team at Star Websites has been a very positive experience.

They have been professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the website and marketing process. Sophie especially has been a pleasure to work with — attentive to details, patient, and always willing to help and explain things clearly.

Looking forward to continuing our cooperation and growing together.

Highly recommended.

Kieran and Callum made the process of getting listed on google very smooth and stress free, absolute professionals in their field and got my business a lot more work in the coming weeks and will soon get my website sorted by them too.

I personally can’t not thank them enough for all the work they do for me

Ive been using Ciaran for years now to do my advertisement and all my Google back grounds and ive never had a problem with him getting me in calls. Ben created my website and its very smart and start to the point just what customers need to see.
They also have been running google ads along side and calum has helped with any questions ive had. Great team

Would highly recommend Star Websites. Initially spoke to Kieran who spent time going through the details of how star worked and the procedure which was great as setting a new business with zero ideas for a website made the whole experience so easy. I was then in touch with Sam who designed my new website I sent over my designs and he made the whole website just amazing better than I ever imagined and definitely better than my
Boring designs!! Gigi has been amazing with her social media skills. The whole team is always available to speak with or message through WhatsApp you always get a quick response back.

Used Maddie for a while now and she is professional, approachable and very knowledgeable on SEO.

We’ve had an excellent experience working with this marketing company and couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

Ciaran, who manages our account, has been outstanding from day one. He’s proactive, highly organised, and always quick to respond. He takes the time to understand our business goals and ensures everything runs smoothly. Communication is clear, consistent, and strategic — we always feel like we’re in very capable hands.

Calum, who manages our Google Maps presence and SEO, has done a fantastic job improving our online visibility. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in rankings, traffic, and enquiries. His knowledge of local SEO and Google optimisation is clear, and he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand.

Gigi, who runs our social media platforms, has brought creativity and consistency to our brand. The content is engaging, professional, and aligned perfectly with our business identity. Our social engagement has grown significantly, and the platforms now feel active and purposeful.

Overall, the team works seamlessly together and genuinely feels like an extension of our business. Professional, knowledgeable, and results-driven — highly recommended.

Sophia is The best at communication and relationship building, wish everyone was like her ! Effort is not unnoticed

Very happy with everything that has been happening with me website and the staff can’t be more helpful

Maddie at Star Websites and Marketing has been absolutely instrumental in making our phone ring. Her tenacity and work ethic are outstanding—she goes above and beyond at all hours of the day, in and out of business hours, to get results and truly grow our business.
The quality of her work is exceptional, and the way she explains everything is unbelievable in every sense of the word—clear, honest, and empowering. We’re genuinely proud to be on this journey with her, and the growth she’s driving for our business has been exponential.
Her advice around power domains and website strategy has been brilliant and incredibly valuable. All I can say is: please give them a try. A really, really great company. Ask for Maddie—you won’t regret it.

We used star websites to set up and manage our google lulisting. Paid £250.00 plus vat set up in August, and monthly management of £99.00 plus vat through to December, and google listing still had not been set up. Hard to get hold of, and when you do finally get hold of someone they just make excuses and further false promises. I would recommend steering well clear of this company

Happy with website, changes always made as i need, maddie always on the phone and answers/resolves questions and issues quickly.

Highly recommended star websites. Maddison has done an amazing job and has made a big improvement to my business. Thank you for all your help and i wont hesitate to use you again in the future
