Great location in Dingle, short walk to centre. Spotless house with everything we needed, host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

My husband, four young kids, and I stayed at Lauren’s place for 10 days and it was wonderful! The house is long and narrow but the layout worked great for us and we felt like we had a ton of space. The location is great as it’s really walkable to anywhere in Dingle. Rose, the host, was very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was convenient to shopping and pubs. Shelley was extremely helpful and friendly.

One star is generous. We booked Beech House in County Kerry for a five-bedroom family stay at a premium price. What we actually got was a property the company itself ultimately admitted was unsafe to live in.
The problems started on arrival. One of the five bedrooms — with its own bathroom — was locked and unusable: a punctured shower tray with exposed pipes, and a mattress left reeking of chemicals by the previous guests. The house manager opened the door only to show us why we couldn't use it. No warning beforehand, no apology. Five bedrooms booked; four habitable.
Then the electricity. From the very first night, the power cut out every five to thirty minutes, around the clock, for the entire stay — no reliable fridge, no washer, no dryer, no dishwasher, no WiFi, with a baby who needed refrigerated milk. Electricians came and went over several days and never fixed it. On day three the company emailed to say they had "deemed the house unsafe for continued use" and asked us to vacate. Read that again: their own assessment was that the house was unsafe. The single alternative property they offered was too far to reach with an infant, and nothing else nearby could take our group — so we were left to see out the rest of the trip in a house they had condemned.
Here is why I'm writing. Having failed to provide a safe, working, as-advertised property, the company then tried to pin the blame on us. After we left, they accused us of "damage" — including marks on a mattress in the one room we were never able to set foot in, a socket left disconnected by their own electrician, and a security alarm we never touched beyond silencing it on the panel. They used these accusations to row back from a promised "50% refund on the nightly rate" to a flat, insulting €300, then €400, for a holiday that was ruined from the first night to the last.
To summarise: they let a property they themselves admit was unsafe, with a bathroom out of use from day one and electricity that never worked, to a family with a baby — and then tried to cast us as the culprits to avoid paying a fair refund. The replies were slow, the "full investigation" amounted to a handful of photos, and the final offer was an insult. If anything goes wrong here, you will be blamed for it and you will fight for scraps. Avoid.

We had a lovely stay in a STAY YNA accommodation “Morningside” in Dingle! What a lovely place- well maintained and ina perfect location. Shelley, our contact, was very accommodating and hospitable with recommendations and directions for our stay! Would definitely stay again!

A great stay in the Hideaway in Dingle. A lovely cosy house in the centre of Dingle and a short stroll to great pubs and restaurants or to the harbour. Also in the middle of a great walking area. Simon and Alison

We had a lovely stay in Killorglin! The hosts provided prompt communication and left goodies (wine, crisps, chocolate) to welcome us to the property. While the property was old, it had a lot of charm and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend their properties!

Nice place to stay in Dingle. Stay at YNA was also nice. Accommodations were great. Very close to walking around Dingle.
Had an issue with tv. Management was coming to help with issue with TV. . No time was given showed up when we were out. Next day Showed up without advance notice. We were there and knocked and came in. Didn’t hear us saying to wait.
All in all I would recommend.
Lesson learned by both parties.

SCAM ALERT! While we had a lovely time in Dingle, the host tried to scam our group out of $1,000 for a “broken table” that we had never even used. The house was clean and lovely, plenty of space. But be on high alert! Air bnb sided with us and we did not have to pay but now we cannot leave a review to warn others! I would look for other accommodations.

Truly disappointed with STAYYNA. My friends and I had a great stay at the Airbnb in Dingle, but after checkout, Lauren contacted us claiming we had damaged the dining room table and were responsible for paying for it.

She sent “before” and “after” photos of the table, along with a photo of the table being sanded, stating that it had been sanded prior to our arrival which had nothing to do with the actual damage claim. Upon reviewing the photos more closely, I noticed that the chair placement in the “before” and “after” photos was exactly the same, which raised concerns about the validity of the claim.

We requested timestamps for the photos multiple times, but Lauren never provided them or responded directly. The issue was eventually escalated to an Airbnb claims representative, who reviewed all of the evidence, including an additional photo we provided showing the table in perfect condition the day before we left. The claims representative also requested timestamps from Lauren, which she was unable to provide. As a result, Airbnb determined that we did not break the table.

During this process, I looked into other reviews for this company and discovered that similar situations have happened to other guests as well. That was extremely concerning and disappointing!

I would strongly recommend you do not stay with this company or that anyone staying with this company document absolutely everything with photos and videos both upon arrival and before checkout. Unfortunately, I was also unable to leave a review directly on Airbnb because the host disabled reviews for our stay. This may explain only good rating on Airbnb.

Captain's Rest was a great place to stay in Dingle, perfect location and lovely house to stay with our family and two toddlers. Check-in was simple and Rosie was very helpful.

I have to agree with so many of the other reviews...
Great communication, everything you needed and very accommodating. Loved the views and proximity to lovely shops, restaurants, tours and simply the greatest people. Thank you Lauren and Rose!!

Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Es gab einen Präsentkorb und ansonsten auch alles was man für die Woche braucht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location, house was spotless and hosts were great. Would 100% stay there again. DIngle is an amazing spot in the sun or rain

Great wee spot in the town, right on one of the main streets but still felt private and was never noisy or had rowdiness outside (We visited in March).
Has everything you could need for your stay, plenty of space and bathrooms for big group, kitchen has nice set up and washing machine and dryer all available to use as well.
Host was very responsive and dealt with a minor issue we had straight away.

My stay in Lauren’s house was magical! The view, the house in itself, the location… everything was so nice and the whole group enjoyed it very much!

The accomodations were fantastic and the property manager was amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed in advance of arriving and shared some wonderful local areas to visit. The house was very clean and comfortable.

After our stay we left some belongings behind and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure the items made it back to us.
