Always a pleasure shopping at Stellisons in Canterbury. Have purchased several white goods, TVs and smaller items over the years and it's a world apart from the high street operations. Staff more knowledgable, less rushed and less salesy. Prices perfectly reasonable too. My first port of call.

The guy in the Chelmsford shop was very helpful. I went in many takes with different questions before I bought my hob and oven. He was very patient with me.
Unlike the guy in the Brentwood shop who was rude and and very unhelpful. I wouldn't have bought anything from him.

Purchasing American style fridge/freeze, replacing my similar 15 year old device. Sales staff knew their products well, great price, delivered when required, very good install team, patient, and helping house door removal and plumbing in (not the easiest installation). Don't go to Curry's when you can go to the experts - Stellisons. Brian

With Jack's friendly help from the HX store I ordered an American fridge freezer. He helped with measurements and choice of replacement. The delivery guys were equally professional, friendly and efficient with a rather tricky installation! Apart from the phone being redirected to a different store when busy I was happy with the service,

Great range of products and very competitive prices, and prompt delivery, but let down by poor service by the delivery team. One of the people delivering my product was ignorant, rude and sarcastic, and I very nearly told them to load the machine back onto the van and take it back. Very unhappy with this poor level of customer service.

Nice people to deal with, informative and accommodating. Competitive pricing and fast delivery, would certainly recommend.

Cannot fault Alan in Sales in your Westcliff store as his expertise and knowledge was invaluable to us in selecting the right freezer for our garage. Going by the picture online and how the door hinge is usually on the right we paid for the door hinge to be on the left. The freezer door when delivered was actually already hinged on the left. The team delivering however didn't know that we were wanting the door hinge on the left and as per instructions changed it. I phoned Alan who immediately arranged for a team to come a week later to change the door back. However this team arrived with poor attitude and clearly didn't want to do the job by saying they were just there on a recall and that the door was on the correct side. I said they either changed the door or took it away. They went off to the van to phone the store. A few minutes later they drove past and shouted out the window to get back in touch with the store. Talk about lack of customer service. They are a disgrace and should be spoken to about customer service. I was all up for having the freezer returned but again Alan saved the day by arranging another team to come out just a few days later that turned out to be the two original guys, Jason and David. What a difference in attitude and professionalism. They changed the door over in minutes taking great care. The were polite and commutative as one would expect. Two good representatives that should be praised and rewarded, as should Alan in Westcliff for his expert handling of the issue.
I'm not going to let the other two unprofessional guys deter me from buying from Stellisons, as easily as it could, but I will certainly ask in future that only professional people deliver to me from now on.

Returned grease filters left in shop to be sent back took a week to be sent back .told they were damaged NOT TRUE when left at shop still waiting outcome another week not been told what will happen although told I would be told by today.
