It is a scam operation. I paid for a case which I never received. Mails ignored, never refunded.

Never received my watch and and sent two emails and called the listed number. This site should be banned in the United States as it is a fraudulent site. Federal Trade commission and FBI are going to be informed. This seems to be a pattern with these Chinese sites and something has to be done. Cancelling order tomorrow!

Completely a THE BIGGEST SCAM on this website. Item were CHEAP PLASTIC material. Not an apple friendly. SUCH A BIGGEST TRAP TO FALL ON ITEM. Completely disgusting material. And item are from HONG KONG. Cheapppp Plastic.!!!

Scam Alert Scam Alert the product I received was not as advertised. It was cheaply made and did not function correctly. They gave me the run around when I asked for a refund. Also disappointed in PayPal, who backed this company and refused to give me a refund. So now I am stuck with a pile of $187.00 worth of cheap plastic.

Scam product and company, the case doesn’t fit the watch properly and they will only replace never refund. Don’t buy from them stay away. Avoid like the plaque.

I recently purchased a Carbon Case for my Apple Watch. I love it it is well made and just looked fantastic. I did have a small problem my wrists are a little wider than the average. So the band that came with the case is a little petite. I reached out to Steve Mille and Sarah emailed back immediately informing me that they would help find a larger band. I really do appreciate it as they did not have to do that. Like I said the case and bad that arrived was exactly as described.

I’ve been doing business with Steve Mille for over 3 years and they have always exceeded my expectations in all regards. Whether it’s quality, representation, correspondence you name it, this company has the right products for the right price. I get more compliments on my Apple Watch SE with the Steve Mille cases than I ever did with any Rolex or Breitling. Cheers to more business in the future, I’m online shopping now 💯🔥

Scam. This company is selling overpriced Chinese watch cases and not letting you return them unless they are manufacturer defective. Don’t Purchase from this company!!

This company not only provides well constructed, well designed products, but they stand behind it. Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are completely reasonable. I considered another brand but after doing business with Steve Mille you won’t find me wearing anything else💯🔥

Friends have been enquiring about my new case, which makes my AW seem really stunning. Very content! I received it last month from my best friend, and I use it every day.

Hot piece of equipment!

I bought it for my son first then I was impressed with the design so I bought for myself another one. The minus point is that the shipping is quite long, it took me more than 1 month to receive the package anyway still satisfied with the quality

I purchased their Apple watch band on 8/5/22. I received the watch on 8/18/22. The rose gold band that I purchased was worn and faded when I opened the package. The weight and quality also feels cheap but I wasn't expecting it to be real gold or anything. My main problem is trying to return this product. I emailed them(per their request) on 8/19 with photos and they still have not refunded or even started the return (Shipping label, etc). I haven't heard from them in a week or so. This company is worthless. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Its now 10/03/2022 and I still have not received a refund. They said it would take longer but if I delete this review they could have it done in a couple days...Garbage company!

I experienced a problem with the item and had to reach out to customer service for assistance. They were prompt with their response and extremely helpful. I love the product and it looks great on the Apple watch. I am pleased with my overall experience.

I get a lot of compliments on my watch cases. They are definitely a conversation piece.

Other than the cases looking good, the customer service is great as well.

Products are great and reasonable price, excellent after sell service.

They Look Nice, their customer service sucks. It was too heavy for my girlfriend and they do not take any returns. I would never buy from them again. Its a shame because I was about to buy one for my son also.

So their response below obviously missed the point. I will buy my stuff from people who allow returns. It was NOT used or UNOPENED. It was, and still is BRAND NEW in the box. I stick with my first reponse, I would never buy from them based on their return policy and do NOT recommend them.
