Always high quality school uniform. Only catch is that some non-school specific items are much more expensive than they are sold elsewhere(e.g. Calculator, maths instruments etc).

Visited the Stevensons store in Guildford…
Visited the Stevensons store in Guildford today, started out very pleasant as with my past visits. However one member of staff whose name i unfortunately didnt get was extremely rude. Unbeknown to me and my children - due to the extremely small sign and the fact i was split trying to sort 3 childrens uniform at once - you are not allowed to try on their shirts which is ridiculous really with the price they are charging for them! You may only try the long Sleeved ones they have hung by the changing rooms. However I fail to see what help this is when you want to make sure that the short sleeved ones fit properly. Not only was the way in which she spoke to me disgusting, but she actually raised her voice and told me off. When I apologised and explained we were going to buy them anyway she looked me up and down with a look of disgust and told me that was besides the point and not to touch anymore packs of shirts. In the end I was so frustrated by the whole ordeal that we left without any uniform. And if it wasn't for the fact they are the only stockists of our schools uniform I would not be giving them a penny of my money going forward. Shocking customer service. If you dont absolutely have to shop here then I would avoid at all costs.

Whilst we do have restrictions on trying on certain packaged garments for hygiene and stock-control reasons, this should have been explained to you politely and respectfully. We certainly do not expect our customers to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or spoken down to when visiting one of our stores, and I’m particularly sorry to hear that this happened while you were trying to organise your uniform.
I can completely understand your frustration, and your complaint will be passed to the relevant team to review with the store.
Please accept our sincere apologies. This is not the level of customer service we want our customers to experience at Stevensons.

The cost of a boys blazer is…
The cost of a boys blazer is extortionate and then added delivery cost on top of it. We had no choice but to get it from this company. It would have cost nearly £30 cheaper if we could have bought it from the previous company

Great quality products
Great quality products. Expensive, but hope they will last a decent amount of time. I like that returning ill fitting clothes is so easy. Just a shame there isn't a store anywhere near me!
