The best customer service received in a long time, thank you!
Moving house as we all know is very stressful however when I called to speak to someone re a storage unit for 8 weeks it was the least stressful thing I have done in a long time. From the enquiry to quote and confirming the details to going to see the storage the whole process was efficient, professional and personable, the lady who helped me Veera Porhola, was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service
Great customer service, whenever I had any questions through email, I received responses within minutes of asking. Everything had clear instruction and was answered clearly. Would certainly recommend to anyone and will use again in the future when required.

Mice infestation!!!!!
The storage unit itself is very run down and old however that didn’t bother me too much as long as my belongings were safe. I turned up to my unit on Saturday 28th March, I first noted a vermin trap in the hallways leading up to the unit, once I was inside, I found mouse on the floor of my unit, I was shocked and disgusted. I emailed the team straight away and they advised me someone had brought something into the unit which attracted mice but failed to acknowledge me on this? Management were rude and unhelpful advising me they thought they had contained the mice to a specific unit so they didn’t feel the need to let me know the whole storage unit on the SECOND FLOOR had an infestation? I was absolute disgusted as I had a lot of expensive furniture in that unit and there was no care or consideration? Within 3 days, I had gone back to the unit, cleaned everything, checked my belongings for damages, moved out straight away to a different clean, nice unit elsewhere and put in a formal complaint, the response I got from management was laughable, Never again will I store my belongings here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

We were relieved to confirm that your items were not damaged while we were working on this and all items were covered by our contents protection service should the worst have happened.
We can understand why you chose to move your storage elsewhere but appreciate the custom you gave us. The incident has been fully resolved and preventative measures increased.

Ensuring that the site is clean, the units to hire are also clean and tidy.
We have used storefirst for a number of years, Rightmove Removals wouldn't go anywhere else.
By taking advantage of 12 weeks half price makes economic sence for our customers, by passing on the savings

Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, and 24 hour access for no extra charge!
Store First Derby accept deliveries on my behalf, promptly notify me via WhatsApp and send pictures if I request them.
The 50% discount is great and I love the fact that I don't need to give notice to vacate. I have used a few storage centres around Nottingham and Derby but Store First Derby is the best by far.
I can take my laptop, sit in the canteen and enjoy a cup of coffee while I wait for my customers to arrive. Thank you Store First Derby for the great customer service and excellent facilities.

This company is very good. I was shown the different size units, taken to my unit and the fob entry was explained to me fully due to the alarm system when the office was closed.

Excellent service throughout the process, moved from a local competitor to them and they made us feel very welcome, much better facilities, shame about the night time toilet facilities as sometimes needed, hopefully they will be reinstated soon
