I had a horrible experience with your website and customer service. I was literally just browsing products, and within an hour I received a WhatsApp message pressuring me to buy immediately because you offered a ₹1000 discount. When I clearly said I’d purchase later directly from the website if I wanted to, your representative started making personal comments about my financial situation and saying I “don’t have the budget” to buy.

Excuse me? Since when does simply viewing a product mean a customer is obligated to purchase it? This kind of desperate, unprofessional, and insulting behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers are allowed to browse without being harassed, judged, or emotionally pressured into buying something.

If this is how your team treats potential customers, you seriously need to retrain your staff on basic professionalism and respect.

They were so prompt in replying and understanding my needs. The blouse is perfect and fits like a glove. I’m coming to them again!

Please dont buy anything from there. I have ordered one blouse and and it costed me 4000. When i received it the fitting is worse and the material they used is very cheap. When i asked for the refund they refused saying as per the policy they cant redund. I sent them multiple emails and their replies are rude. I waste the entire amount and very very disappointed. Think several times befor you purchase.

OWorst nightmare ever. They scm and frud customers. I bought a 17k saree and its so poor quality that is not even handmade like these claim. All images on their instagram is highly photoshopped. Beware. I lost my money. They dont respond to you even if you get damaged sarees. You have so many more better saree stores in India to look forward to! Please save yourself!

I am not fake, a reputed educated master degree individual who was given the worst of experience in my life. I reached out to them in 2 hours of my delivery then how can i use the saree😂😂 i have proof of all chats

The saree was just a piece of a big thaan and quality was also not good. The price listed is so expensive but the products are exactly like the products you will buy from street vendors. Neither i can wear it outside nor i can throw it away since the price is monstrous..... Its definitely a scam.

I ordered the product online but they delivered a damaged low quality product different from the advertised product. The advertisement online on their page is misleading where it says the fabric is GEORGETTE but the actual product delievered is with some low quality fabric. The product delivered is also damaged , with sequins coming out from various places and their satff admitted verbally that it usually happens in transit due to poor packaging. The packaging of the blouse was also not good but their customer service refused to exchange the product or acknowledge the issue on email even when I emailed with pictures as proof, in less than few hours of recieveing the damaged product . The product fabric is of low quality and they have not even provided complete lining inside the sleeves of the blouse . THEY HAVE ALSO RESTRICTED THE actual REVIEW AND UPLOAD OF PICTURES FROM all buyers , so their SITE NEVER GETS an ACTUAL real REVIEWs or google ratings, WHICH MISLEADS new CONSUMERS. Strongly Do NOT recommend this online store for purchase.
