I contacted this law firm when I needed urgent legal guidance within a tight deadline. I was given clear, free advice on my rights as a consumer, which ultimately helped me settle my dispute out of court.
In my experience, they were professional, empathetic towards my circumstances, and generous with their time.
I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to others seeking consumer law advice.

I’m leaving this review based on the way they responded to me on Google. In my experience, they were unprofessional and inconsistent in their explanations, particularly when I questioned certain aspects of their process.
My main concern was being asked to pay fees upfront. I repeatedly asked about the possibility of recovering our legal costs. Initially, I was told that costs would be recoverable, but when I requested this confirmation in writing, that position appeared to change.
I also felt that the consultation fees were excessive. The consultation seemed to be extended in a way that allowed them to claim they had provided more time than what was paid for, which did not feel transparent or fair.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure that all fee arrangements and cost recovery terms are clearly confirmed in writing before making any payment.
They are quick to deny and shut down your review when you hold them to account.

Spend a load of money up front on fees then when the other side don`t answer there is nothing more stortmcatcher can do total waste of time and money

We had completely hit a wall with a large national finance house and a consumer rights act right to reject issue. Phil and Antonia were brilliant. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, completely reframed our thinking, explained how to set out and evidence the legal case properly and therefore we finally have the rightful outcome. Without their specialist and almost niche experience I would never have achieved this. An incredible find and we can’t thank them enough.

A 15 minute conversation with Philip was a game changer in my case with The Trade Centre UK and my finance company. They refused to reject my car and failed to tell me there could be serious issues with it.

My review is based on the free advice i just recieved from them on the telephone.
I found they understood my particular problem and the advice was very helpful.
It helped me decide what to do with the problem on my new car that came with defects.

Please be very careful taking advice from them. It's money down the drain because they don't seem competent in giving the right advice

First of all, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For anyone reading this, I will briefly tell you about my case regarding misrepresentation of a motor vehicle.

In March 2021 I’ve purchased a Mitsubishi Evolution X (£23,000)

Only to find out a few weeks down the line, the car had been consuming large amounts of oil and fuel was washing the internals of the engine.

After ringing multiple law firms, trying to explain, I brought a car privately, it has many faults, I’ve got turned away multiple times “ it’s hard to get your money back regarding a private sale”

Then I rang, Stormcatcher Antonia was all ears . I explain the evidence I had, and the unfortunate events I have been through regarding this vehicle.

I then spoke with Phil of Stormcatcher and instantly like a wave of a wand i was filled with absolute confidence. It’s like all my worries got erased from my memory. During a 40 minute conversation on the phone.

And promptly, swiftly, Superman speed, whatever you wanna call it. The first letter was sent to the defendant.

The defendant denied any acknowledgement of any faults regarding the car and despite getting my own mechanical reports for the vehicle.

Phil and Antonia worked so hard on my behalf (like friends or family would)
with the defendant to settle this outside of court.

We eventually get to court as the defendant was playing hardball, so there was no other option but to put this in front of a judge.

We won…..Just like that.

The way the case was presented to the judge. He even said him self the particulars of claim, and my witness statement is immaculate.

Passion is the word for Phil and Antonia’s hard work and dedication.

Both of you are well, and truly super heroes.

I never once doubted your abilities and specialist knowledge.

This law firm is NOT regulated by the law society.
I have had the worse experience dealing with this firm. After I made payment they didn’t care, stoped replying and answering my calls. Things got delayed and I now have outstanding payments that have massively increased because of the lack of responsibility from this firm.

Worse “law” firm I have ever used. Please google the name of the company’ and the “lawyer” before wasting your money and being left in a bad situation like me.
