In the beginning they appear informative and committed to providing a great service with the idea of keeping the cost as low at possible. Unfortunately if your case drags on they will find small things to charge you for monthly so the cost continues to rise, meaning even if your credit is at the minimum 4hrs work they will make it so you are being billed between £650 to £850 monthly. Using small bits of miss information, for example they will send an email saying the op needs to fill in the D81 form not the client, then if this isn't done quickly they will send another email saying they are waiting on you both filling the D81 form in. This will then prompt the client to ask if they need to fill the form in as well, each exchange costing money. The emails sent purposely leave room for questions to be asked, so the responses can be charged. Response times are quick when they want you as a client, but take days or even weeks when you are. All in all looking for a local solicitor is definitely a cheaper option. My experience was not right through to the end of my case though, as circumstances meant I had to remove myself as a client.
