My job was to sell my Aunt’s house in Chippenham Wiltshire.Not from this area I decided to check out the Estate Agents on line. Strakers came out on top, so I decided to visit their high street office to start proceedings. From there on in it was simple, couple of forms to fill out, leave the rest to the experts.

If you check the reviews for strakers on any other website you will find them swamped in negative reviews, at least on the letting side. I have been with them for over 10 years, as the house I bought was let to a lovely lady and strakers had originally facilitated this with the previous owner. However today they misplaced my contact details for the Xth time and I've had it, my details have not changed since I signed my first contact with them. Yet they keep contacting the previous owner. I have escalated this issue within the company, they have 4 different methods to contact me directly if they wish and yet they never do. Gods they even sent me my automated monthly statement just fine today, and yet I got an email from the previous owner that he had recieved one with the addendum that I could not be contacted.
