Terrific customer service at Capalaba store.
Originally had a quote done at another store but no follow up customer service. Went to Capalaba and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Khyi went above with his customer service and product knowledge.

Purchased a garden shed online and very pleased on the information provided to the quick delivery. Plenty of updates on delivery time and very pleasant delivery driver.

I would never go back to stratco again. We put a order in for a patio with the size I wanted only to be given a order that was not what I asked for. When I questioned this the store manager told me that it only came in that size. That was not what I ordered. I was not told this when I purchased it. I was not able to cancel the order.
The store manager from Capalabar was so rude. I tried to explain that it wasn't what we ordered. I was told that I was given a $300 voucher and I should be grateful. The voucher was because there was a 20% sale on the Saturday and I purchased it on the Friday so I rang the store to see if I could get the discount. I was told the discount didn't apply to the package I purchased. I beg to differ. The Omomoe store were the delivery was to be picked up gave the delivery service that I paid for the measurements that I didn't order so it wouldn't fit in his truck. I had to call the state manager to have the size cut down. I had to pay for 2 delivery services. If you ask for something to be a certain size. You don't expect it to come in a different size. I have always written a good review on services that I have used. Not this one. You have to be clear to let customers know exactly what they are receiving. If I purchased a dress in size 12 and I received a dress size 16 I am sure that I would send it back. The same should apply here.

The service was very good, helpful and informative - attention to detail - the order was checked and rechecked. On delivery 2 small parts were missing and they were crucial to the installers being able to make a start on the installation - we called Stratco at Capalaba and within an hour and a half they had contacted the factory and had delivered the missing pieces and the installation job was able to proceed - the installers in the meantime prepped and cut some of the pieces they were waiting to install once the parts were delivered - so it all worked out. Thank you Stratco Capalaba.

We ordered a Stratco Subbie Shed through Katrina at Capalaba who was most helpful with the quote and our questions.

We today took delivery of the roller door and was very happy with the driver who took the roller door to the rear of our property so it was safe from the street. Callum the driver was most accommodating.

Ordered roofing sheets on line and picked up instore staff very polite and eager to help at Capalaba.

Great customer service, in and out in only 5 minutes for an order pickup. Helped load it into the car too!

The staff member that looked after me was extremely polite, courteous and helpful, she was a pleasure to deal with.

Phone conversations required to get what I wanted were very helpful & even though I’d asked for changes in my order nothing was a problem. Phone contact with store of pick up was also cheery & helpful. My son did the pick up & he had a good experience with that staff member too. So all round well done.

Click and collect

I made my order online, for 3 drums of heating kerosene, received confirmation email, then SMS following morning, I was greeted at the service desk with big smile from one of the female employees then she wheeled the drums to the car . Excellent service while maintaining COVID-19 safety instructions.Thank you

Ordered online, gentleman Dave took the call with me contacting re pickup being different with these trying times. Contacted me in a few hours to say ready for pick up. Quality of the product sight unseen is very good, value for money !
