Great visit today. Xanda helped us find some items for a job, got great service too. Can’t fault the team at Stratco Mandurah, always happy.

The service and the knowledge and sheer helpfulness at the Mandurah store was outstanding. I just purchased some polycarbonate sheeting and a few other pieces but was astounded by the treatment and wise advice. They know their stuff. Blake and another gentleman at the store could not have been more helpful. Reminded me of what hardware store used to be like before “warehouses”.

Harvey and I are extremely impressed with the customer service we have experienced at the Mandurah store since we both relocated to Ravenswood from Perth to start up a new business venture.

We have both had successful building companies in the past and dealt with many different suppliers.

This is the first time for both of us dealing with Stratco. That said, we have both been pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service offered in this store.

All the team members at this particular branch have truly shown what customer service really stands for.

Chelsea is extremely delightful and pleasant to deal with and her product knowledge is second to none.

We were both really impressed with her ability to locate our order and operate the forklift and load our trailer with such ease.

And Nicole, today she stopped everything that she was doing just to help me design and order a custom flashing.

Like I said, the whole team at this particular store are extremely professional and know their products. They can’t wait to help you as soon as you walk through the door.

Purchased several decorative Pandana screens for my garden online for click and collect. Order confirmed within minutes of placing order and was ready for collection a few hours later. Lady in store was so lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t have to lift a finger, my order was trolleyed out to my car and placed in back. Screens are gorgeous, excellent quality at a very good price. Highly recommend Stratco Mandurah. Great job guys 👍

Had a great experience with a new Schtudio build. From quote to finish, great team, cant recommend them highly enough.

Wanted to do a phone order with someone else picking it up for me. Staff on the phone were very helpful and made the purchase easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend using phone order if you need to.

We had a Stratco gable shed installed and we couldn’t be happier with installation or the product. Both awesome!
Brad and his team installed the 6x3 shed and can’t fault it. Great job, very efficient, on time and really friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys!

I've just been dealing Damien at Mandurah - I can't tell you how refreshing it is to deal with people who are clear, effective communicators, who follow through on what they've promised and really deliver. Just exceptional service

They take your money ($13.5K), make you wait 6 months+ and do all the follow-up yourself. When the Stratco "approved" installer finally gets to the job, he encounters a minor soak well problem with a Council endorsed plan. Rather than suggest a simple solution, he walks off the job arrogantly telling me "that will cost you $500 labour" and its "now a bolt to slab job". After a few calls on my behalf, i'm told bolt to slab will be another $1,500 that I simply don't have. So its back to Plan A with a simple solution that it always should have been. I'm then told it's actually all my fault as I signed a disclaimer...never mind Council approval!? I WILL NEVER USE STRATCO OR THEIR INSTALLERS AGAIN.

Clean well laid out shop and friendly staff

My Husband and I purchased a patio and shed from Greenfields store and we were so happy with Nicole who served us her knowledge and expertise was amazing she helped us with the lot made our choices so much easier , if you visit this store and need help or not sure what to get or measurements she is fantastic an absolute treasure to the company ,two very happy customers Thankyou Nicole

We went to the Mandurah store today to collect and click and collect order.
Yes the products were ready and at hand, and was an easy pick up set up.
However, Bev serving customers in the outdoor pick up area was not wearing her mask correctly (under her chin) and was smoking the majority of the time we were there.
While there was a no smoking sign posted on the wall next to her.
Especially while we are in a lockdown.
Awful behaviour.

Your website and order confirmation states that your order will be available 4hours after confirmation. What it doesn't say is that this is probably only applicable for pickups at Canningvale. My order took 5 days to reach Mandurah and I turned up on day 4. A clarifying statement would have been helpful when you knew my nominated pickup point (eg SMS confirmation that it is ready).

The delivery driver was very friendly and professional, good ambassador for the company, local delivery price was a bit much but you pay for convenience I guess, will use again in the future if only because of the drivers friendly attitude
