The Company have been very efficient in all of my dealings with them. The staff are professional, courteous and very pleasant and my car was ready earlier than expected. I was kept fully informed at each stage and I would not go to another Audi dealership. Thank you Stratstone.

Still making mistakes
Due to a mistake by the technician inputting the wrong mileage at last year's service/MoT every visit since had been fraught with problems. This was no exception. TBF the assistant kept me appraised of what was happening but, the MOT was deducted from my service plan despite Kirstie telling her I'd had a cam belt change & it was free. The girls are lovely but mistakes keep being made.

Totally disappointing
Totally disappointing. Sadly ,I can’t give less than 1 star. My new Audi A3 has had problems with the aIr conditioner for quite a few weeks now,not an ideal situation in the middle of the summer.The car was at Liverpool Audi garage for two days in the end of May and all they did was to refill the gas which obviously didn’t help and the problem reoccurred only a month after it was “fixed”,this time with a hissing noise . I called back on 2 July only to be told that the next available appointment was on 29th July…I tried to explain to the person on the other side of the line that this was a problem that had recently been looked at and I shouldn’t be asked to wait for another month without having air conditioning when it’s 30 degrees outside but all I got was a hang up. I sent them an email expressing my concerns but never got a reply.
I tried getting help from Audi UK customer service but they couldn’t be more useless.Honestly- don’t bother contacting them,it’s a massive waste of time.It took them two weeks to “investigate “ the issue and their “solution” was to advise me to get back to Liverpool Audi because there was nothing they could do.
Now I know- never buy an Audi again.I am just waiting for the two years of my PCP to expire so I can return the car,of course,with non-working air conditioning.
I am also making Audi HQ in Ingolstadt aware what a frustrating experience I had here.

Said the car would be looked at within…
Said the car would be looked at within 72 hours which it wasn’t. Needed new part which when installed didn’t fix the issue. Was told my car wouldn’t be fixed and didn’t know when it would be fixed. Poor communication. Said they will ring back but didn’t. Had to keep chasing.
Had to get customer services involved and the exec team and then they finally managed to keep me up to date and get the car fixed and back to me.

I visited Audi Liverpool to check the Audi Q4 electric car. Actually I was confused to choose between Audi or Mercedes.
When we entered the Showroom we met Mr. Florin. He was the salesperson there. He show us all the available cars for sale within our price range and tell us all the benefits of buying Audi. He answered all our questions without any rush.
Finally I decided to buy Audi Etron and I am very satisfied with this cars. I would like to thanks Mr Florin to help me decide to buy this car.
