The work and the service from Audi Tamworth was great, it was only let down by the extended warranty team having a backlog of work to authorize my repair due to summer staff shortages. What should have been two days took nearly two weeks.

Throughout the repair of our car, we were served by Toby Crew. It was attentive, smooth and friendly communication. He helped us get a loan, as well as a discount on the repair, since the repair of the car turned out to be expensive. We received professional answers to all the questions asked. Did a job 9 months ago for this branch, been chasing up for payment since then, still not been paid and now also ignoring any emails/contact over this issue. Awful experience and would never expect this from a company as big as this.

Audi Tamworth’s Handling of Urgent Recall
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Audi Tamworth regarding an urgent recall on my Audi E-Tron GT — a vehicle that is not even 8 months old.
Despite the seriousness of the issue, I have now had two separate appointments cancelled, each of which had been scheduled over a month in advance. The reason given on both occasions? A lack of availability for a courtesy car. Frankly, this is unacceptable.
For a dealership representing a premium brand like Audi, the inability to plan ahead and ensure basic customer support — especially for a safety-critical recall — is shocking. It demonstrates a lack of organisation, customer care, and respect for the time and trust of those who invest in their vehicles.
This isn't a routine maintenance delay — it's an urgent manufacturer recall, visible in my vehicle’s system. Yet Audi Tamworth appears unwilling or unable to prioritise it appropriately. What message does that send to customers about safety and aftersales commitment?
Based on this experience, I have serious doubts about ever purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. A premium price tag should come with premium service — or at the very least, competence. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

Don’t expect great dealer service.
You serviced my car that I’ve had for 6 mths and gave me list of repairs, some was covered by warranty, youve not put a claim for this through as a result I’ve been without a car for 1 week up to now. It’s me chasing you for updates on my vehicle. From a main dealer service poor . I keep getting told someone will call me to discuss my issues but nobody has.

Huge let down with repair under warranty
Dislike the time frame to get car fixed under warranty, lack of communication, no written apology from manager, very bad experience, Also no courtesy car offered. Come on Audi pull your socks up, you want to look flash, then you should be acting flash and know what your doing, very bad communicating for a big flash company.
