Olivia made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in, from noticing my reg plate pulling into the car park, to offering me a seat and a drink. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was also very comforted by how much she kept me in the loop throughout my MOT process by giving me updates on the phone.
