Normal dealership frustrations sadly....
Normal dealership frustrations. Thorough and pricey process, but some mixed quality. Tyre pressures taken from spot on to all over the place and car washed without due care and attending to drying off. Water all over the glass roof. Customer facing people fine, some work needed to improve mechanics and car washing team. £1200 for an oil service should see perfection and sadly it didn't.
