Strike Gently Co took payment for my order and then did nothing.

I requested a refund and received no response, but they created a shipping label finally.

24 hours later, they responded to my request by saying they couldn't cancel my order because "they already shipped it"

They have offered to help with the return once I receive the package.

At best this is gross mismanagement of their business. At worst this is an attempt to not have to issue a refund and cover up their neglect of incoming orders.

At first when ordering from this company I thought the pins they offered were pretty cool. The shipping was SCHEDUELED to be delivered on between the 20th and 23rd of March, perfect timing as they would have arrived before my partner's birthday. However, they decided it was best to ship on the 23rd making them arrive on the 30th instead. So okay, whatever the pins arrived late. When I recieved my order I looked through them to make sure all of the pins were present, the bare minimum you know.... 2 pins were missing from the lot after all of this, seriously? I understand this is a smaller company but what the hell, that's $20 worth of products missing from my shipment. When emailed they have failed to respond on 3 different occasions, on 3 separate days. I used both the "Contact Us" Festure on their website, and emailed the confirmation email like they say to do if there is a problem with the order. Super frustrating. Don't waste your time shopping here, find somewhere else instead and save yourself the headache.

You'll be lucky if you ever receive your order, and if you do, prepare for half the pins to be useless, as they no longer use secure backs, they now use cheap ones that dont stay on.
They will take your money in seconds, but they won't even think about shipping your order for a month. They are hoping you forget about it. When you try to reach out to "customer service" you will either get absolutely NO response, or they will give you some bullshit and immature response along the lines of "we're too cool to have customer service, we dont take work seriously because we are busy doing cool stuff"
It's an absolute joke and scam of a company, run by clueless children.

Like many, I placed an order on 12/1 and received confirmation. The USPS tracking status on 12/8, now 8 days old has never gone past "label created". I've emailed 4 times over the past week and have received no response. Today I am going to request my money back. Avoid this company who is happy to take your money and then not deliver.

I've placed three orders with them in the last two years, and have referred a bunch of friends who complimented my purchases. Their dark sense of humor is right up my alley. Can't wait to get more soon.

Excellent customer service, I always order new pens when they drop. They have the best designs that you can't find anywhere else. Quality is top-notch too. Will be a forever customer.

I have bought from this company many times, ( literally over ten), and I mostly have never had any issues with them. If there was a problem then it was corrected accordingly. Recently there was a mishap involving requested combined shipping and a system error that cancelled my order. They made up for it by shipping the correct items, (my birthday pins) to me at no charge. I absolutely recommend this company!

Scam. Order never dispatched, no response to emails. Avoid.

Great quality, great designs for whatever you’re looking for (even if you didn’t know you were looking for it!), and you get two free mystery pins for every three bought? Are you kidding me? This company is awesome.

Strike Gently is one of the most amazing businesses I have come across and they are also good at what they do.... make awesome pins! Buff Cat Pin - need I say more. Their social media presence are on another level... I actually look forward to reading their mailing list emails they send out (Charlie is a gem). I have purchased one blanket and dozens (too many to recall) pins in the past few years. My backpack that I bring to work showcases most of them. They often come out with cat pins and I can't resist adding to my collection that started with their pins. 10/10

I love the pins. They are super high quality and look even better in person. Everything is awesome. I've ordered from them twice and everything is awesome.

I've always had a great experience with this company! Their designs are so cute and funny and the pins came out perfectly (I do wish they had rubber backs instead of metal). The blankets can be a bit pricey but honestly worth (especially if you watch for deals or go for a mystery one). Absolutely will be ordering again in the future.

The cutest little pins, the printing is clear and the construction is solid. Their stickers are also very well-made.

My only complaint is their website signed me up for their marketing e-mails despite my opting-out out during checkout—but they fixed this quickly enough when I wrote in to complain.

Always creative and unique pins. Shipping is quick.
