The doors I received were damaged
The doors I received were damaged. Had a dent in the fixed door which you are sending out technicians to repair. The door keep had to be moved. It was riveted in position and had to be moved at 5 o’clock in the evening in the pitch black.

A specialist repair visit has been arranged and rebooked due to weather conditions, and our technical team is reviewing the latch adjustment to ensure it is resolved properly.

Excellent Service All Round.
I get prices from Strongdor probably 3 or 4 times a week, and place orders with them for hundreds of doors every year.
The service of both the sales department and the transport is fabulous.

New Door process
Quick, fluid process from start to finish. From receiving estimate, to drawing issue to delivery ( actually came a day early ! ). Fitting was also fast and simple.
