This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE . They take your money and never send you your product. I order $ 65.77 worth of product from Strostrke. and never got it won't give me a refund.
I made the order on Dec. 11,2023 for a christmas present for my husband. Never got the order. They took my money.

They first told me and advertised that they were in the United States but they are in fact a China based company. Then have provided me with multiple different numbers for tracking. Every tracking number says different delivery dates. Then when I dispute it on PayPal they say its delivered the next day. When it was not. So they have stolen my 109 dollars. I ordered on NOV. 9 and supposedly got it 12/26/2024. Well NO I DIDN"T!!!!! Would give them ZERO stars if I could.

the worst experience I have EVER had with a company. Definitely my fault for not doing research to know all their stuff is a scam. I ordered Dec 6 and contacted them a couple of days before Christmas and they told me that due to amount of orders it was going to be delayed. I was originally told it was going to be here by Christmas. It is Jan 22 and still NOTHING. I asked for a refund and was told they could not give it to me since it was already shipped! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Do not buy from this company. They charged my credit card over the final amount, the sweatshirt did not look anything like the website, and did not fit. Lastly, it was made from polyester and felt very cheap and uncomfortable.

I’d write no stars at all, DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. At this point I want my money back.

This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I purchased a few things from them for my hubby for Christmas, the quality of the items looked decent online. After waiting 5 weeks for delivery (after the New Year), the items were ABSOLUTELY NOT up to their descriptions and the sizing was not even close to US sizing. I requested a return or refund and got a week and a half long series of extremely frustrating chat messages. The customer service rep that contacted me, Sara, was not helpful at all! She offered me a refund of $3USD, at her expense. This confused me, I paid a company $83.56, and they expect their employees to refund from their own pockets...what in the world?! After I told her that was not satisfactory, she upped it to $5USD, then $7USD, then $8USD, and finally $10USD. All the while I was responding with, "No, that is not satisfactory!". At this point I am so mad that I have just dropped it and decided to take the $10. I am getting absolutely nowhere. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again and I'd suggest no one else does either. The quality is absolute crap! The sizing is not US equivalent, and the after sale customer service SUCKS!

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a Christmas shirt on November 15. Started emailing them miss December. They kept telling me carrier problems, logistics problems. In early January I told them I wanted a refund. I was assured that they had prioritized my shipment. Now January11 still nothing. I will NEVER order from this company again and urge everyone to never order from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My son wanted a pullover. I ordered it and it took over 3 weeks to get it and when we received it the sleeves had this ugly print on them and when I reached out to customer service they said that the item I received is exactly what I ordered! Was going to return it but their return policy states that sale items cannot be refunded! This company is a joke!

I ordered a pull over for my husband 3 weeks ago. when I went on line to track the order, it stated the order did not exist. I then reached out via email, and low and behold I was able to track it, however it's stating that my order should arrive in April???? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. GOING TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TODAY.

pictures look like sweater material, it's some gross satin feeling material. not worth the money order over a month ago just got today after christmas can't even get a refund cause you have to send back in the stinky plastic bags they came in and within 30 day order was placed they word real good. Very dissappointed!!

Can not contact company. Paid an extra $15.99 for expedited shipping, and can’t track. This looks like a huge scam.

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt in early November. It's Dec 1 now and no sign of it. Very frustrating to order something and later realize it is Chinese company. My bad for not doing research but my advice is don't order from them if you want it by Christmas 2023.

Don’t buy ANYTHING from this website. I bought two shirts and a sweatshirt.. I received pretty much trash. All the clothes is deformed . So pissed at myself. Sounds too good to be true don’t do it

Horrible quality! DO NOT BUY!
I got my items but its such horrible quality. The clothes resemble more of paper than clothes. Its so horrible, i cant even donate it to 3rd world countries. They wont even accept it. Only thing is to throw it away! By the way they will not accept returns.

I ordered and nothing came and no email status. They have an automated help to answer your questions but basically it's like a loop.You won't be able to find out the status or if they will ever deliver what you ordered and paid. Beware of them. They post a lot of ads on IG but they are scammers.
