Sent me 2 broken and unusable items that I paid next day delivery for. I understand this is a manufacturing issue but surely there should be some liability and quality control taken by studispares. Extremely dissapointed and will not use or recommend again

Unfortunately, there was a mis-pick on my order. I know this can happen sometimes, but the experience of reporting this and getting the correct item sent out
to arrive promptly could not have been better. You often only find out how good an organisation is by how they respond when something goes wrong.
Will buy from Studio spares again - pricing was competitive and quality looks good.

The item it said was in stock WAS in stock and had next day delivery. The item was on sale and excellent value, such speedy service, no qualms - will absolutely use again as it’s not easy finding a music shop in the UK (some are sneakily in eu but selling in pounds) that also sells at good prices, efficiently and effectively. I think it’s been a while since I had an order that just went right. Thanks to Studiospares, job well done.

I ordered an item which on arrival proved to be not suitable for the purpose for which it was purchased. Despite the fact that this was essentially an error on my part, the team at studiospares could not. have been more helpful and arranged for a return and refund. I first bought having read a review of Studiospares M2000 closed back headphones in Audio Media magazine some years ago and I have just purchased again. They are fine realistic and true that don't colour the quality of sound and comfortable for long use. Great value. The faux soft leather headband has just begun to wear on my first pair after about 15 years. Good reference pair for mixing.

Studiospares have been really friendly and helpful the last 6 months over phone and email, as I've been designing a new home studio. My new panels arrived this week and they are brilliant quality with an easy to follow design provided by Greg, highly recommend these guys!
