it’s been two years. they never delivered the products.

Scam site. Placed an order in April, and 5 months later nothing has come. Tried tracking my package on their site. It's been "ready to dispatch" for 3 months now. Tried reaching out to customer service with no response. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a jacket from Zymrat on 6 August 2025, a company that Styched has acquired. The product is not yet delivered and their customer service phone never works and there is no response on my follow up email. I think this company runs a scam on the pretext of selling online fashion products.

They charged me 885 rps for a top. And the quality I got is worst… The top don’t have a tag or seal or I can return. I wish I would have visit the reviews once before spending money. Feeling sad.

Scam scam scam. Stay away girls please. Don't buy anything. Save your hard earned money.

It's a scam site. They don't deliver items even after 5 months of order placing. They they say they shipped via Delhivery and they say it's delivered. But you get nothing.

I had a terrible experience with Styched. I placed an order four months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, all I received were generic responses stating that my order was "under process." No real updates, no accountability—just the same repetitive replies.

This level of inefficiency is completely unacceptable. If a company cannot fulfill an order within a reasonable time frame, they should not be taking payments, especially when refunds are not an option. It’s frustrating to trust a brand only to be met with delays and poor customer service.

I would not recommend ordering from Styched unless you’re okay with waiting indefinitely with no clear communication. Extremely disappointing!

Ordered around more than ₹15k worth of products no idea why did I trust such pathetic website.
Never got my products i mail them and they don’t even reply. It should not be STITCHED it should be SHITCHED.

It is a really pathetic brand. They take months to deliver the order. There is no proper system. No replies to emails. And the product quality, size and colour are completely off. Very cheap brand extremely disappointing. They have no phone number also

I wouldn't even give one star but this app won't let me continue until I gave two starts because this "Styched" does not deserve it.
Quite long ago I ordered one dress it didn't fit i asked for an exchange they very nicely asked me for my measurements to make a customised dress, making me feel like a lucky customer. I thought wow, they are customising it for me but now it's been more than 4 months I am not getting any dress from them I kept dropping emails they do reply but every time only with one thing that customised products takes time will make sure to give you the order as soon as possible. But that day has not yet come.
And I don't even think it will.
Because they are just frauds and nothing else.
Fooling people with customised dress concept and then not sending it at all.
Such fraudsters and cheap.

Had ordered for a dress it has been 7 months it's not been delivered n neither refund is given I had ordered a dress before also for which I was happy but very next month too much disappointed coz of my 2 nd order inspite of es esclating order several times it's not delivered nor refunded

Worst product, ordered s size and the size was very small ,in order to exchange the product I have to pay 100 for shipping in which it was their mistake for sending the wrong size I wish I have read the reviews before ordering !

Horrible horrible brand. They just don’t care once you place your order it is your problem not theirs. After you place the order they will inform you that they have production issues and so they cannot confirm when you will get your order. It can be 1 month or 6 months or never. Pathetic customer service. They will not refund your money even if the issue is with their production unit. Placed my order one month ago still no info.

Do not order from here, this is a fraudulent website! I placed my order on the 20th of July, it has not been shipped yet and I don't think it ever will be.

Avoid...is a scam. Order # 20369, for a pair of shoes from Flatheads, now a Styched company. 60+ days, & order not delivered. Customer Service does not call, they just send generic responses, initially mentioning that the order will take 45 days to process, then changed that to 60 days, then mentioned that they are awaiting 100 orders to accumulate for the production to begin. None of that was mentioned in the website. They do not do refunds. I feel I am stuck & will request you to avoid Flatheads & any Styched product.
I have mentioned my order number so that the company knows that is a genuine customer.

I placed an order on the website on 10th of May, and I didn't receive my order for over three months. Even after numerous email exchanges, and I was polite in every last one of them, they didn't deliver my order, and told me every time that "they were working diligently". But, after three months of these shenanigans, I registered a complaint on INGRAM (National Consumer Helpline). And, after one week of registering the complaint, they shipped my order. I received my order today, and it is not even as seen in the pictures. I am extremely disappointed with every level of service that this company provides. From their product to customer service to delivery, it is an awful experience.

I wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering. Been almost 2 months since over ordered. Still haven’t received. And after seeing photos of the products people have received I’m worried whatever I receive is going to be rubbish!

I placed an order on June 17, 2024, and today is August 25, 2024. Despite waiting for over two months, I have yet to receive my order. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I am appalled at how your company is operating.
