Six years of business and continuing...
After over six years doing business with this laundry company I still use their service, because:
Each week they launder on average three sets of my bed-linen and towels.
They are returned quickly, properly clean, ironed correctly, folded neatly, and packed efficiently in my bags.
If my guests stain anything Sudsrus endeavour, usually successfully, to remove blemishes.
Their costs are competitive.
They are proficient and polite.
I particularly appreciate their delivery and collection service, which is timely, and arrives with a smile.
In over half-a-dozen years only very rarely indeed have I found an item that does not belong to me in my linen bags, and there has been only one mishap, that of laundry bags gone astray for a few weeks, however, they found them, apologised, and returned them re-laundered freshly, which seemed a proper and professional way to handle that rare glitch. Habitually, they certainly do not make mistakes. In fact, compared with other laundries they are efficient, capable, and value for money.
I continue to use their services, and I recommend “Suds R Us” for their attention to detail and diligence.
