I checked on line the ratings of suitcases and the brand " Eagle Creek" was listed as one of the best. I then, surfed the Internet and found that suitcase.com offered the best price for what I had in mind. The purchase was simple and it arrived on the very day they had promised.
I am very pleased!

Fast shipping about 5 business days, cheap price, new product. I order the indigo blue inova 29'' but it is out of order so they offer the silver one for me because I am in a rush to get it. Yeah!!! Get it on time.

As of yet i havent received my case. Apparently there is some redistribution problems so my experience has been a poor one currently. At least i was given the option to cancel my order if i wanted to so hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

This briefcase is exactly as advertised. Suitcase.com has great service, much lower price and free shipping and monogramming to top it off!

Ordered a 20" Samsonite spinner and received the correct item within a few days. The price was lower than any of the other competitors by over 20%! I was expecting some glitches, but nothing other than outstanding deal. Amazing!

I found the luggage I wanted through Suitcase.com well below the price any other retailer was selling it for. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received it the next Tuesday afternoon. I was a little nervous that it might not arrive in time for my trip but it did. I didn't receive the tracking number until two days after my item shipped. Their customer service and online chat personnel were very professional and courteous. The one thing they need to work on is communicating the progress of the order through the order tracking link they give you. It stays in processing for about 5 days, which made me a little nervous because I was traveling the next week. From my experience, and based on other reviews that I read, expect to receive your package 9 days after you place your order. I would definitely do business with this company again.

There was plenty to choose from while shopping on Suitcase.com. It was well laid out and easily searchable. I compared prices with all the big name online sites and Suitcase.com was comparable and more often lower. They also had many items I couldn't find elsewhere. My carry-on came in a very sturdy box and in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be back.

Those guys ask me to review their service and product BEFORE I had received it; can you believe it?

I was very happy with the service but i did not get a receipt.
They made the delivery on time, very pleased.

I am very familiar with the product that I ordered, so no product quality problem. Price was exceptionally good. Received it within a reasonable time. The only comment that I would make is that they did not tell me that the item was shipped-- it just showed up-- but it did not take long. Perhaps I missed the shipping notice??

These folks do it right: great selection, super-low prices, and quick shipping (my new bag arrived a day earlier than even FedEx said it would).
