Summerhouse24 Reviews

What a fantastic company, we ordered our Barbados Summer house last year and got it delivered and built in April, we love it, very professional company and can't beleive how quickly the garden room was built in only 1 and a bit days. The quality of the materials is very good.
Thank you so much and would totally recommend.

From the moment I clicked ‘buy’ till after our summer house was build we had an amazing experience with SummerHouse24. Customer service is very friendly and very helpful. All our questions were answered almost straight away. The installation team did very good job (and very fast! Hard to believe). If I could I would be giving you 100*stars :)

We have used summerhouse24 before and had a great experience, so they were the obvious choice when we wanted a small garden office. There was a great range of products, but I went for a new design.Their team of builders put it up within the day. I am just finishing the interior decor and looking forward to using my wonderful new space.

Excellent from start to finish, easy ordering, great advice, helpful and high quality thoroughly Recommend SummerHouse24 they have been wonderful to work with.

I have bought two summerhouses from Summerhouse 24 for two different properties. Both experiences have been great. The communication was excellent. The quality of the cabins is superb. On the most recent occasion, unfortunately the shed doors arrived damaged (looked like damaged in transit). Jacob was great and sorted me out a new set of doors as soon as he could. I would thoroughly recommend buying from Summerhouse 24. Great products at good prices from a really friendly bunch of people.

Summerhouse 24 were 1st class from ordering to completion. Customer Services kept us up to date from start to completion and we’re always helpful and friendly.
The guys who installed the summerhouse were professional and worked tirelessly to get the cabin up.
The summerhouse itself is stunning addition to our garden and a very good quality. I would not hesitate at ordering again from this company. Thank you Summerhouse 24.

Really helpful & friendly customer service, the installation team were amazing, great craftsmanship & really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, love the cabin!

Excellent customer service, great communication, fast delivery and even a once over final inspection from the CEO, highly recommended.

From ordering to installation these guys were faultless.

Living near the showroom in Newton Abbbot made it easy to see the varity of cabins. We found the staff very easy to discuss issues with and helped us make decisions.

The fitters were incredible- there were some access issues they needed to sort out. The teamhad to load the parts onto a smaller van and then carry all the pieces 30+ yards to site. Obviously very knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job.

Really enjoyed the whole experience of buying from SummerHouse 24 and very pleased with our log cabin. Would definately recommend them to others.

We are delighted with our summerhouse. The quality is excellent and the team at SummerHouse24 have been a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them.

Order was conducted very well on line and installation was completed on time with no fuss.
Some great guys delivered and erected for me.
Building quality great too at a competitive price.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
I have the XL snooker room.

From initial enquiry through to installation, everything was a great experience.
Have ordered from Summerhouse previously and once again they 'came up trumps'.
Jacob at Headquarters was extremely helpful.
Would use again without hesitation.

I searched long and hard to find a garden building that also had a side "shed". The summerhouse24 site provided it with their Super Tom and Jacob answered my questions patiently as I worked out what extras I needed. In the end I went for everything and installation too. It still came well within my self set budget and I'm thrilled with my little atelier,' Jabba, the hut'
With a little heater I wrapped all the Christmas presents up and last week completed a painting commision. It's calm and bright and I can listen to jazz.....
I love it and have already passed on summerhouse24 details to others.
Our builder neighbour is very impressed with its quality.

From sales to installation the customer service was superb.
We had loads of questions throughout the process and all were addressed promptly and completely. Fantastic company.
We've only had the Carport a short-time but so far it appears a robust product.
The delivery and installation was on the same time and both crews were very polite and friendly.

Excellent experience with SummerHouse24 and service from start to finish. The team of Oliver, Callum and Jacob have all been extremely helpful, especially regarding the base for the summerhouse, which I took on building myself. The building itself is exactly as described on the website and is of really high quality. Everything was delivered on time as promised and the installation was carried out by a slick and efficient, and friendly team. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our summerhouse. Would highly recommend.

Summer house 24, are one of the best companies I have ever done business through.
They have gone above and beyond to help me get the house I needed.
I had to adjust the size of the house. Of course the helped in everyway possible.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish, even down to delivery and building.
These people were polite, caring. If I needed another house these are the people I would chose.

From first enquiry to delivery of the log cabin, Callum, Oliver and Jacob were extremely helpful and answered all questions, and gave updates on progress. Some minor delays with delivery, but communication was good throughout. Delivery was smooth and the driver couldn’t have done any more to help, including some very useful tips on installing the cabin.
