I’ve had Supadance shoes for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Supadance is fantastic. My wife and I are retired and are avid social ballroom dancers and live in Michigan USA. I need a good reliable source for dance shoes, since I need about 2 pair/year. When one pair begins to show age, I order a new pair to have them when needed -- I've been doing that for several years and Supadance has been "supa-reliable" for me.
I ordered a new pair of classic shoes from Supadance just after the new year and they arrived in less than 2 weeks all the way from London, England! Perfect condition and perfect quality, as always from Supadance. Also, I have to say, the shipping cost is amazingly low.
Supadance has earned my business forever!

I bought shoes of which I know all the features and qualities. All the various phases of bought went well and I was satisfied.

Shoes turned up quickly but wrong size. Return and re-order was simple and quick and right size shoes (an actual size bigger) are great. Half sizes and not having to pay for postage on UK returns would be nice.

I love the shoes!are the most comfortable for a woman .
Costumer service and shippings got so much better in the last 2-3 years.

I have been dancing for well over a decade now and have tried at least 8 different brands of shoes. In my journey to find the perfect shoe with regards to style, comfort and fit, I've found Supadance to be my go to shoes. I recently broke my ankle and needed to purchase a custom wide pair of practice shoes. They are perfect. A bonus is the ability to shop online.

Refused refund. Ordered my usual ballroom shoes in the usual size and worn for half hour in training. Extremely painful for unknown reason. Returned to store and was refused refund as had been worn. Obviously would not have known the complaint without wearing them. Trusted they were the same as I had tried in store in other colour. However this new pair clearly went wrong. The company secretary advised that she had inspected them and found no fault so refused refund. What does the company secretary know about wearing ballroom shoes???? Oh dear this is the first time I’ve had an issue with Supadance after over 10 years of purchasing from them. Gone downhill.

The reply received via Trust Pilot is incorrect. Supadance have stated that the shoes were "well worn" which is entirely wrong. The shoes were worn for approximately 20 minutes of a lesson when they became intolerably painful around the heel with something digging in badly and making blisters, and clearly there was something faulty with them. You would not get this normally from 20 minute' use! This is not what you would describe as "well worn" there are no marks on them at all, no creases, no damage whatsoever. I have photos of the shoes to prove this. I appreciate the return of the other shoes of course, the "special order" came up far too wide even though the pair tried on in store were fitting well. So this is very odd and they had to be returned and refunded. However with this pair of 1012 style, there is clearly something wrong with the actual shoe. I have purchased these previously and had no problems. This is the first time, so I wore them in good faith. However as stated after 20 minutes it was very clear that there was a fault around the heel area. Obviously it is very disappointing that Supadance have taken this stance of not refunding - but even worse that they are stating that the reason they did not refund was because they are "well worn". Completely untrue. Please be careful when you purchase - as this could happen to you too. Sadly, I have wasted my money.

I fell and fractured my hip a year ago, as a keen dancer this was very difficult to come to terms with. My fracture has healed well but I found I had lost my confidence dancing in high heels. I ordered a pair of Supadance Practice shoes which are comfortable lace up shoes with a sensible cuban heel. I am now able to dance again and have ordered 2 more pairs of shoes one black sparkle leather and another in silver. I am gaining my confidence again , thank you Supadance.
