Items were high quality...reliability still needs to be validated with time...I will say though that it was difficult to insert the lights I purchased into the 5/8 inch hole that was recommended...in my opinion, the circumference of the light itself needs to be slightly reduced, so that it more easily fits into a 5/8ths inch hole...I used a 5/8ths inch spade bit, and I still had to very delicately bore the hole out, so that the light fixture fit into the hole...this was a bit difficult and frustrating, and since I was installing 30 lights, it delayed by project by at least 2 to 3 hours...

Have used super bright LED for many years now… Recently bought the wrong mini tower for turn signal EZ return and RMA process. Never had a bad or worn out device from them. Quick shipping reasonable price.

I have reached out to share my concerns but to no avail. The company's decision to stop boxing the undercounter light kits in individual boxes is a very bad decision for us smaller businesses. We are very disappointed and are currently shopping for a new supplier.

Instructions said to use a 1-3/8 hole saw. But unless the light is exactly perfect in the center of the hole the edges of the hole show. Any chips in the wood or drywall at the cutting edges require patching before installing too. A 1-5/16 works best but that is a strange size and must be special ordered. Instructions also say to drill a hole in the drywall and mount the sensor behind the wall. But the sensor lense would be hidden withing the 1/2" drywall hole and not work well. And there is no access behind walls in most buildings. It is shown elsewhere to mount the sensor(s) on top of the wall outside. But this looks very ugly and leaves to connector and wires exposed. Also ugly. Instructions said buy two sensors, one up and one down. Did that. But stairs are only six steps. Only need one sensor. Also cannot adjust sensor sensitivity. Lights would turn on and off all day as stairs are in middle of house. Cannot sit at kitchen table without lights constantly turning on and off. Sensor was finally mounted on an opposite wall opf teh lights where detecting movement was blocked. It was mounted inside and outlet box with a metal cover that has a hole in it just big enough for the sensor to poke thru. Flush with the wall now except for the flat outlet cover and sensor bulb. The wire connection howevewr required modification so that the wires could turn down by 90 degrees and the box requires a cut out if the cover hole is to be centered. This so that the connector does not interfere with the box wall. The mounting tabs of the sensore also need to be cut off to fit in the box. Once all done the sensore needs to be glued to the cover before attaching it to the wall / box. I asked the technician on the phone about how to overcome all these mounting and operating issues and all he could say is that he never heard of any problems from anyone. Oh well. Wished me luck. I think your strategy need to be thought out better. I would send pictures but you do not even offer that option.
