The store was clean tidy and stocked full of lovely nicely folded and hung nicely on the rails. Plenty of sizes to choose from. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Stain on coat
Bought a really nice winter coat for my daughter. She was really pleased. But when we got home we realised it had a stain which was hidden under the hood. As she has already taken the label off, I think it’s unlikely we’ll be able to exhange. So we do feel a bit disappointed. Just feel they shouldn’t sell something with a stain on it already. The coat is great apart from the stain.
