The staff within the store I visited were very friendly. They had very good knowledge of the products and I felt they spent the time to help me without me feeling like a burden. Could not praise them high enough

Purchased a beautiful Jacket
Purchased a beautiful Jacket, unfortunately it had pulled thread's. I returned item to store and was disappointed that I was only offered 20% off garment and was not able to use my blue light discount card. They were unable to give me a new jacket as it was discontinued stock. I was expecting to purchase jacket for discounted price plus be able to use my blue light card as the jacket was damaged. I had to accept the offer as my granddaughter loved the jacket. Was told it was company policy.
