Really friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to assist and also made our little dog feel welcome! Bought a pair of jeans and a top and now have another pair not available in store, on order.

Superquick!
Went to the Liverpool One Store on Good Friday and saw a lovely hoodie. Unfortunately they didn't have my size (XXL). That evening I decided to order the hoodie online. Amazingly it arrived the next day and it was free delivery with a bonus 10% discount online purchase. Very impressed. I have now also purchased a pair of the vegan range of trainers.

Great product, great service....

Bought a pair of superdry shoes from the store, manger was really helpful getting my sizes... however pair I really wanted wasn't available so i had to order it. Only took day to come, following day got text to pick them up. Girls behind counter where helpful, polite. Its a pretty chilled out environment, i like shopping there.

Extremely helpful staff at your Liverpool City centre branch. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Bought a coat for my daughter staff was incredible lovely lady who searched other stores for my daughters size ended up ordering it on line came 3 working days later thumbs up all round.

Brought a jacket at the superdry store in Liverpool, served by a very kind and helpful young lady. The jacket was not available in store, the lady assisted me with the purchase on line and was delivered at the specified time. Excellent service will definately reccomend to anyone. I bought the item and was faulty and ripped emailed the team for a response but no1 has contacted me.

The speed of delivery was excellent, the jacket was very good quality and what i expected, unfortunately it did not fit at all, I ordered a 3XL and the jacket would not even meet, it was for my brother but my husband who is only a large size ended up paying for it, I would say either the wrong label was put in it or your size guide do not match the actual size.

Went to store unfortunately they did not have my size so a young lady bought over an iPad and ordered to the house. It arrived in 2 days the coat was great and so was the service!

We have been in this store 3 times recently twice for purchases and once for returns for a larger size. On each occasion we were served by Andy who was excellent. His customer service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble for him, an excellent employee for your store in Liverpool, we wish all shops had sales staff with Andy's customer care attitude. The only down side is that the Liverpool shop does not stock the larger sizes.
