Customers service and good quality product

I bought a shirt on sale that had a hole on the left sleeve when I came back the next day I was informed that I couldn't return it because it wasn't covered by your stupid policy because it wasn't on the seams so I told the salesperson to throw it in the trash and I left the store that's just no way to treat a customer

Great experience from start to finish, items are great quality

I purchased a few items of clothing including a warm Everest coat and the girl on the till and manager were really patient with me and helped me on what I was looking for.
Great clothing well made you get what you pay for. I would recommend Superdry and the Milton Keynes store

I recently visited the Superdry store and had an unfortunate experience with a staff member. While I understand that everyone has their personal circumstances, I was disappointed when I tried to return a jacket and was told by a pregnant staff member that she couldn’t process the return. I noticed that she smelled strongly of food and herbs(she herself stated that,she is pregnant )which made me feel uncomfortable in the situation. I fully understand that pregnancy can affect people's sense of smell, but it did impact my experience and left me feeling unsettled.
I visited the Superdry store with the intention of exchanging a jacket and buying a new t-shirt and jacket. However, I ended up feeling really uncomfortable due to the behavior of a staff member. She smelled strongly of food and herbs, which made me uneasy. I was concerned that if the new items didn’t fit my husband, she might refuse to accept the return, especially after the way she handled my previous return.

I had already taken a refund for some other items, which were in the same packaging as the jacket I wanted to exchange. While the staff member processed that return without issue, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I might face problems again if I needed to return the new jacket. This made me feel extremely upset and offended, and I decided to leave the store without purchasing anything.

It’s important that staff are mindful of how they interact with customers, as this experience really soured what could have been a pleasant shopping trip.

I purchased an item online but didn’t fit very well, exchanged it at store. Made very easy ! Friendly staff

I like Superdry very much, good design, good cutting, and good material so I bought a jacket for my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, it does not fit my partner. His size is 3XL but Superdry 3XL is absolutely not standard 3XL. It's just like 2XL.

After viewing in a store which unfortunately did not have my size. It was quick and easy to order the size I wanted online and arrived promptly.

Nice shop, music a bit loud but friendly staff

It is a good product, originally I ordered the wrong size using online for my brotherinlaw. I decided to change the product by returning my original order to the Superdry shop in Milton Keynes, they were very helpful. I was able to exchange the wrong sized product very quickly for the righty size.

Easy to purchase several quality items, with fast delivery. Had to return one item due to trouser length being very very long. Returned in store and refund processed very quickly indeed.
Good service all round

Order was delivered on 2nd January, took the tag off as it was a gift(still got it), fitting wasn’t good, got return label from online portal, went to Milton Keynes superdry store, manager was very rude he refused to take the return and told me to contact customer service, waste of time, will never buy from this brand again, they hire staff without basic ethics. Poor service!
