The lady was very helpful when I was buying was jacket for my gf, to check I had the right size. Also for confirming she could order online a specific coat as the size was out of stock if needed. I had a good look around the shop at menswear as well, to check sale offers. A good experience and good discounts on offer. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

For my inaugural purchase, I inquired about redeeming the 10% discount for first-time users, but unfortunately, it couldn't be processed in-store. Hence, the rating of 4 stars; otherwise, it would have been 5. In hindsight, I realize purchasing online would have been a smoother option. Nevertheless, the product's quality and appearance meet my expectations.

Items arrived on time, well packaged. Returned the items however delivery fee wasn’t refunded. One email to customer service and resolved.

I recently visited the Superdry store located in Westfield Stratford City, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The store was in an extremely messy state, making it incredibly difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of properly labeled price tags. It was a constant guessing game trying to determine the prices of the items I was interested in. This not only added unnecessary confusion to my shopping experience but also made it nearly impossible to compare prices between different items.

To make matters worse, there was a severe shortage of staff members available on the sales floor. I couldn't find anyone to assist me or guide me in locating specific sizes or styles. It felt like customer support was completely non-existent, which left me feeling frustrated and neglected as a shopper.

Speaking of sizes, it was incredibly problematic that many sizes were out of stock or not even available on the store floor. It's disheartening to visit a store with the intention of trying on clothes, only to find that the sizes you need are nowhere to be seen. Inventory management should be a priority, as it significantly affects the shopping experience and customers' ability to make purchases.

Overall, my visit to the Superdry store in Westfield Stratford City was severely disappointing. The messy displays, lack of price tags, absence of helpful staff, and unavailability of sizes made my shopping experience frustrating and unproductive. Improvements need to be made to ensure a more organized and customer-friendly environment.

I hope that management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to address them. As a loyal customer, I expect a much higher level of service and attention to detail. It is my hope that Superdry will rectify these problems to provide a more enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience in the future.

I bought my coat last week and I absolutely love it, it’s so warm and everyone compliments me when they see me wearing it.

I found my perfect coat and in the sale. It was just what I wanted and fits perfectly and with this really cold weather it is so cosy.
The staff in the store in Stratford were helpful and lovely.

As I wanted to check the sizing, I went to the Stratford store rather an order on line. The store was poorly lit and didn't look like it was open from the outside. There were coats on the floor and piled in a heap on the shelves where people had tried them on and hadn't bothered to hang them up. I eventually found a coat in my size but they didn't have the colour in stock so I went outside and ordered in the colour I wanted. The coat is lovely and true to my size 12. As I'm only 5ft 1in, it came to just above my knee which is perfect and delivery was speedy.The 5 stars are for the coat and delivery, not for the shop!

Beautiful sweatshirt, bought as a gift for my wife for Christmas, only reason I've dropped a star was because the queue was massive and only one person on the till. Seemed silly considering it was Christmas week.

Mr John couldn’t find her size so we bought another coat which was great as it fitted her perfectly
