Went into your store at the Trafford centre, Manchester, United Kingdom and spotted a really nice jacket. Didn't have my size on the hanger. Went over to two members of staff who was just stood together laughing and joking between themselves. I asked one of them if they had the jacket in my size to which one of them simply turned around and replied 'no'. For him to just turn around and continue his 'laugh and joke' with his colleague. Absolutely had no intention of helping me find the correct size in the back or as an online order. So I took the jacket and went to the counter and asked a young girl if they had my size instead. She helped me order my size online and to be delivered to my address which was fine. But when it came to filling out my details and paying for my order it's like she had never had training on how to use an iPad and a card reader before. I filled out my details and handed back the iPad and she somehow erased all my details and I had fill them out again. And when I went to pay I was given no guidance on how to use the card machine as she just held it up in front of me expecting me to know what I'm doing. All in all the jackets nice but the general disinterest in the staff at that location needs to be looked at.

I have only given four stars as I was disappointed with the items and had to return them. You have changed the style of the women’s long sleeve baseball top so that it is almost cropped & so no longer works for me. However the staff in the shop were lovely & very helpful & there was no problem at all with the refund.

There was this dude ahead of me who had 001 membership. Probably owns the company. Safe to say he was a… Superfly dry guy. Oh yeah and the service was good.

Got an top and went to return it in store but can't find my email but got proof on my PayPal and wanted to swap it but are awful customer service won't shop here again

Great customer service from the lady at the till around mid-day when i made this purchase on 08/04 Will be returning for sure.

The staff were all super helpful in advise finding items, trying on and ordering the right size plus explaining how to return if it wasn’t a good fit.

No fuss exchange. Friendly and helpful with a hoodie that had some loose stiching

Excellent shop! The clothes are great, and a good range of products. However, they never seem to have any xxxl items and the sizes are small.

The guy behind the counter was very kind and chill even struck up a nice conversation

I was stood at the till waiting to be served and no one was there. When they turned up to serve me, there were no bags. He went into the back to get a fresh box and cut himself opening it. When I got home, there was blood on the shorts I bought. Trafford Centre is a trek so I will just have to wash them.

I liked how I was attended to

Just went in to purchase a jacket and no one was on the till. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to man the till. Other than that, the staff were friendly

Got a coat 4 months ago that started to wear alot so superdry refunded me then I bought a new one new style bomber like jacket and it's great so nice and comfy warm and material is nice a very stylish wear.

lovely material it’s warm soft has very subtle sparkles in certain light it’s a loose fit bit clingy I wear it with a knitted vest love it
