Superdry - White City Reviews 

I ordered from website with 10% off for first time purchase. They sent me the wrong jacket (color, size and different jacket)Very disappointed. store staff in Westfield London White City ( men store)should receive appropriate customer service training

Great Jacket. Warm and a step up from last season.

Great quality jacket with I’m very pleased and the price is reasonable, staff helpful.

Customer service good however left the security tag on my purchase so now have to go back to the store to sort it. Baring in mind I do not live right by a suoerdry store.

I ordered an afghan coat. I love it, it's both warm and beautiful. But I am quite skinny and... it pissed me off a bit.
Normally i wear 32-34 size. I ordered 36 then, because on their website it suggested to order bigger ones. Fair.
It was still too small. I mean I could put it on, but if I had a jumper underneath it (which I promise you I would, I'm always cold) I couldn't move my arms at all.
It was my first order from Superdry ever. I joined the newsletter so I can have 10% off my order.
To exchange the coat I had to make a refund and then place a new order - but 10% was gone. And mind you, it was a big expense for me :( Soooo annoying.
I picked up my second order at the store in white city and the staff was lovely xxx

Went to return an item in store that I'd purchased online. Went all the way to the Westfield store which was nowhere to be seen. Checked on the superdry site before leaving and it was showing open until 21.00. After closing a store, they don't update their website, which is beyond lazy, pathetic and unprofessional.

Good products

I really enjoyed the layout of the store, the price of my jacket was good and the sales assistant was helpful.

The staff in-store were great. They held the jacket for an hour so my daughter could think about purchasing it. We did in the end and the whole experience was pleasant.

I love shopping in superdry!!! The clothes are of excellent quality and the staff are welcoming and friendly 😊

Super unprofessional team member in Westfield ‘mens’ store. I felt bad for the girl who was on a shift with him. He had no interest to deliver any sort of customer service nor support for the female sales assistant.
Customer service got back to my e-mail promptly, thank you, that why not 0 star.

Service was quick, informative and I am very happy with what I bought.

Size is changed

My experience was absolutely out of this world. I initially went in the shop to just look around while with my friends and we didn’t see a single item that we didn’t like, all the items were amazing quality and looked impeccable. When i saw this stunning hat i fell in love instantly, i didnt buy it straight away just incase i found something that topped it but nothing did and i was thinking and talking about it for so long i just had to go back and get it about 2 hours later. I am so happy!! Not to mention the staff were lovely!
