Es ist einfach Schade dass es keinen Hinweis darauf gibt dass Zoll Gebühren nachträglich noch verrechnet werden wenn die Bestellung schon Unterwegs ist.
Im Warenkorb stand 10 € Zollgebühren, und danach wird man noch einmal aufgefordert Zollgebühren zu bezahlen.
Ansonsten sind die bestellten Produkte wie gewünscht.

However, I do need to correct you on a few things so that anyone reading this is not misled.
Firstly, we do not display the customs charges at the checkout. This is because we ship DDU, which means that for any orders from outside the UK, all charges are paid by the recipient when it enters the destination country, before delivery.
Secondly, regarding your comment about this not being clearly indicated, this is not true. It is clearly detailed on our shipping page, where we show all our shipping rates. In addition, the shipping method you chose was called "Evri Duties & Taxes Paid by Recipient"; this is pretty clear.
Finally, if you place an order from outside the UK on our site, you get a big red banner pop up when you enter your address. This banner states: "Important shipping notice. Your shipping address is outside the UK; you may be liable to pay tax and/or duty on delivery." There is then a button to confirm you have read the notice.
I am sorry that you had to pay duties and taxes that were unexpected; however, as far as your claim that we do not make it clear when ordering, I am not sure what more we could do to make it any more obvious.

Erstens: Wir zeigen die Zollgebühren nicht im Warenkorb an. Dies liegt daran, dass wir DDU (Delivered Duty Unified) versenden. Das bedeutet, dass bei Bestellungen außerhalb Großbritanniens alle Gebühren vom Empfänger bei der Einfuhr in das Zielland vor der Zustellung bezahlt werden.
Zweitens: Zu Ihrer Anmerkung, dass dies nicht deutlich angegeben sei, stimmt das nicht. Es ist auf unserer Versandseite detailliert aufgeführt, wo wir alle Versandkosten angeben. Darüber hinaus hieß die von Ihnen gewählte Versandart „Evri – Zölle und Steuern werden vom Empfänger bezahlt“; dies ist eindeutig.
Schließlich erscheint bei Bestellungen von außerhalb Großbritanniens auf unserer Website ein großes rotes Banner, sobald Sie Ihre Adresse eingeben. Dieses Banner besagt: „Wichtiger Versandhinweis. Ihre Lieferadresse liegt außerhalb Großbritanniens; Sie sind möglicherweise verpflichtet, bei der Lieferung Steuern und/oder Zölle zu zahlen.“ Anschließend gibt es eine Schaltfläche, um zu bestätigen, dass Sie den Hinweis gelesen haben.
Es tut mir leid, dass Sie unerwartet Zölle und Steuern zahlen mussten. Da Sie jedoch behaupten, dass wir dies bei der Bestellung nicht deutlich genug kommunizieren, bin ich mir nicht sicher, was wir noch tun könnten, um es klarer zu machen.

A really great company to buy from. There’s always a huge choice to choose and fantastic prices every time. Delivery speed is always very quick aswell. A company to have full confidence in and I’m sure that if I ever had to contact customer services then they would be spot on.

Quality customer service
The person I spoke to made me feel like a valid customer. He was interested in my issue, he knew what i was talking about and had the answers to my questions. I really like SuperEight, so often customer service leaves a lot to be desired but not in this case.
