Marshall was absolutely amazing, the children had such a lovely time and Marshall even went on the bouncy castle with the children 🙊🙊 would highly recommend to anyone, thanku for such a lovely time

Hired chase for my nephews 4th birthday it was brilliant
Hayley and chase was great entertainers came in playing paw patrol theme tune and had the kids up dancing to various different kids party songs the kids all joined in and really enjoyed it. Made the day extra special and one to remember,

It was my sons 8th birthday today and as we had a varied age range we ordered Marshall for the younger ones and black panther for the older ones. WOW was absolutely amazing to watch he arrived jumping over the fence. Jumped up on walls and many more stunts. Children and adults enjoyed watching and were amazed by the detail into the characteristics were put. Would definitely recommend for any super hero fanatics party. As our party was outdoor the stunts were unbelievably good. Thankyou for such a good time was unbelievable the whole family will be talking about this for a long time

Excellent service from start to finish! Hayley was so accommodating when we booked the Easter bunny they even text the morning of the doorstep visit to give us a real time ETA. The bunny and the member of staff were so friendly and the kids LOVED it!! Thank you guys so much for making our Easter super fun and memorable!

What an excellent service from start to finish. I booked Spiderman for !y grandson 5th birthday. The party was at City of Bristol gymnastic centre. Spiderman arrived on time and the kids couldn't believe it. He was amazing climbing on the equipment in true Spiderman fashion. I will be booking again later in the year for my Granddaughter. Would definitely recommend. Wendy

Communication from the owner was great, can’t fault it. So polite, helpful and super quick!

The actual experience (baby shark) was also great, lovely and polite and did really well with the kids. Most were babies so could only engage a little but the person in the costume did amazing!

Spider-Man was absolutely amazing! His moves, kept the children entertained and played games.
Had contact on the day too to run through the party/venue etc.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Great communication with us prior to Spider-Man arriving and the realism of Spider-Man was amazing. Great acrobatic moves and got all the kids fixated for the duration they were there. We will definitely be using this company again.

We decided to use these guys after an advert on Facebook and the booking process was simple, we paid online and booked a spot through their automated system, on the day we had a call with a plan for the part. It was a surprise for Kieran and he loved every minute we got Spiderman to hide in the garden. the communication was great and the plan of action was really thorough. We have never used a mascot or character hire before but we will be recommending you to friends. Thankyou guys

I 💯 % rate this hire great sales team after booking online and getting a call few hours before to make sure everything was OK 👍🏻, spiderman was excellent for our little 4 year old even the 7 year old daughter enjoyed it(boys stuff), never left my boy without any questions to answer was brilliant deffo using them again next year for his party

Poor Elias had to wait three birthdays for a party due to the pandemic, and then just before his party he caught covid. The team at SHHSW were amazing and we managed to change our date.

Communication was great and plenty of, on the day I had a good chat before to discuss what the expectation for Spiderman was and we went from there.

Prompt arrival, really friendly and for a party of 7 to 9 year olds everyone had a great time interacting with Spiderman and my son was left really thrilled by the experience. We had all the children leave the party excitedly telling their parents about the fun and we were really impressed. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks for making Elias' birthday party a special core memory!
