My daughter gave me a Supreme Golf give card and when I try to use it the Nightmare began.
The Card was for $100.00 but at the confirming tee time only $33.50 were available.
I exchanged several emails with them trying to find an explanation for the issue.
There is no Phone Number available
The regular green for the course we were trying to play was $65.00. After applying the card I still have to pay $112.00 + taxes at the Course. So at the end I received no benefits of the Gift Card.
The last messages from Supremegolf was:
Golf courses provide us with tee times which we are free to sell.  We sell our tee times as SPECIALS, often marked down 25-40%.  Those funds go to us, so we have opted to take the GoPlayGolf gift cards and of course, our own.
Tee times that are not SPECIALS are regular price ,and the funds go to the golf courses.  Golf courses do not take gift cards.
The tee time you have selected is not a special, so the gift card only goes towards taxes and fees.

First of all they are Wrong !!!
The Golf Courses accept Gift Cards ...I feel cheated and frustrated by Supremegolf and will never ever use it again. $100.00 wasted !!

You guys are a blessing!!!! Thank you for the expedient responses and understanding. I've purchased numerous Go Play gift cards and Supreme gift cards for my husband and find myself looking for reasons to surprise him with them. I Googled a video to use them and now I'm booking his tee time. MARRIAGE SAVER! Haha

Do not ever buy a gift card. You can only use it towards the $2-$3 and pay the rest at the course. When you can prepay all online, they do not allow you to use the gift card as a payment form. Complete waste of money.

I recently received “GoPlayGolf” gift cards from my children as Christmas and birthday presents. When I tried to use the cards, it sent me to “Supreme Golf” where I had to pay $10.00 to become a member to use said gift cards. I made a t-time at a local course, the gift card was honored, but when I arrived at the course they had no record of my scheduled t time and stated they didn’t even do business with Supreme golf. They honored the time, but only because I play there so often. What kind of “fly by night” thing do we have going on here?

I received a gift card for $200.
I find it almost impossible to use.
The redeem process is complicated and does not work for me.
I have called 6 times over the last week and can not connect with anyone. You are allowed to leave a message, but no one will call back.
It appears that this company is a RIP-OFF.
I just want to get my $200 and never use this company again.

I have been a loyal member for several years. Late 2023 they abruptly w/o warning stopped giving rewards for Srixon certificates. I was setup for auto-renew for SG Club (no booking fees) but today when I booked I was charged booking fees. When I contacted them SG support they stated they are no longer renewing SG Club. (my renewal should have been 3/4/24) Again w/o any prior notification!!! This does not make sense...only can assume they are going out of business!!!???

Great way to find a golf range/course near you to hit a few balls or to book tee times based on the course you want to play. Supreme golf’s app lets you choose any schedule the golf course has to offer even including the deals the golf course has going on. Im excited to use this app because it lets me plan ahead and give me a list of numerous locations that I need and not having to worry about certain available booking times. It’s all you need to booking a tee time or even finding a local golf range to hit a few balls I truly recommend this wonderful useful app! I hope the app helps you find what you need. Honestly, I was going to rate the app 4 stars for it having a membership fee but the fact that you can still use the app without a membership and still browse the locations of every golf course around I decided to give it 5stars!!!

Absolutely useless. Tried to book a tee-time using the App, but they refused to allow my credit card, wasn’t till I went to the desktop site I realized they want a weird date format, but don’t outline it.

Went ahead with booking via the desktop app only to be told that the tee time is unavailable, despite being available on the site and from other sites as well. Why would anyone use this garbage if it doesn’t work and doesn’t let you book available tee times?

Not user friendly so I didn't book my next round with them. Site does not allow right click to open multiple courses so you'll waste time clicking on one course, not seeing the tee time you wanted and then having to to click back multiple times to go back to the course listing. You get to do this multiple times until you find the the right course, tee time and price. Too fustrating for me.

I have used Supreme Golf to book about 10 rounds of golf. It has been simple and seamless website to use and I have saved alot of money. The fee to book the tee time is cheap and still much cheaper that paying at the course. I have recommended 4 other people to start using and they also found it easy to navigate.

If you want the best golf deals and the best customer service, Supreme Golf is the way to go. I had an issue on my end and they responded to my email within the HOUR and were able to get it resolved for me. Highly recommend them for anyone involved in the golf scene!

Ten days in Tampa in January. Booked courses thru Supreme golf everyday. Good selection of courses and prices were excellent. Will use this service again.
