Great service

Always quick to respond to any queries, interesting and thought-provoking surveys and always effective in helping members - I've been with them for quite a few years and the experience has always been positive . Most recently I was unable to sign in because my IP was hidden by a recently installed VPN - entirely my own fault - which was coming online at boot-up and showing my IP as being offshore . Their team resolved the problem in seconds .

They cannot be trusted with their time estimations for surveys. I've just taken 30 minutes to complete a '10 minute' survey, and I'm no snail!

I've been with SurveyBods for a long time now, at least 3 years. I like the way they pay for the surveys - it's nice and simple. If you have for example 2,000 points, it's worth £20. If there is a problem with anything, by e-mailing SB, you get a reply very quickly sorting it all out. Highly recommend them.

Been with SurveyBods for a while now, in more recent times I’ve found it takes longer to reach the £15 reward (I used to be able to claim £15 every 6 weeks or so). Surveys aren’t usually very long.
If there’s a problem it’s easy to get in touch and they’re quick to get back to you. I always claim a £15 Amazon voucher for my reward and always amazed how quickly you receive the code - literally seconds after you claim! Other survey sites should take note, if SurveyBods can do it then so can they. Another one I’m on takes weeks for the voucher to come through.
All in all I’d definitely recommend signing up to SurveyBods.

Surveybods is for me the most reliable of all survey sites. Screenouts when they happen are quick and payment is usually instant. Had a small issue with a survey. Steve in customer services was super quick with a reply and a satisfactory resolution.

I have been doing surveys for them for quite some years now. I have just had a problem with one of them. The customer service resolved my query really quickly and gave me the points too, Excellent !

Good survey the fact the sweets,arrived a day late wasn't Survey Bods fault..or the fault of our lively local Postman..

Ive been doing surverybods for years and love it ive had things sent to me to review and when you reach £15 you can have it sent to your bank .. ive never had any problems whatsoever i would recommend joining
