Incredibly thorough and timely. The report was incredibly detailed down to the most minute details but is organised using a traffic lights system which allows you to get to the red flagged areas of concern quickly. It is thoughtful and provides recommendations for improvements throughout. It is exactly what you need if the property you were looking to purchase had any major issues they would be flagged and you’d have a hell of a lot of stuff to use to help with negotiations! I would highly recommended using James and Surveyline!

Surveyline carried out a full building survey on a house I am purchasing. The customer service was great, very user friendly. The report was well structured and simple to read with clear recommendations made. The surveyor James was always available to speak to should to run through any questions. Thanks to his expertise I feel safer with my purchase and know what needs to be fixed in the house.

I hired the firm to check over my roof and I can not complement them enough. Their report was just what I hoped to see and the surveyor (James) knew his stuff.

After a brief email exchange, James came to inspect the property a few days later and carried out his work with courtesy and speedily (under 30 minutes). The completed valuation report then arrived in my inbox about a week later.

We recommend this Company unreservedly.The service we received from beginning (Paige) to end (James Bland) was very professional. The property surveyed was a 3 storey, 4 bed house with integral garage. James noted the areas of concern that we had and ensured they were addressed in the survey. He also picked up on other issues that we are pursuing. The final report was extremely comprehensive (69 pages)with lots of photographic evidence .
The cost was very reasonable and I would use Surveyline for future property purchases.

We had a very good experience with James at Survey Line. He was very accommodating of the fact that we had to move the date then property (the first place fell through) at short notice before the scheduled date and without charge. We’ve received a very compete, comprehensive and clear report for our home. James was always very quick at responding to queries and very professional throughout.
