Voici un avis constructif et pas un avis parce que j’ai la rage comme beaucoup ….

Quand on respect pas la notice du site on peux pas espérer avoir c’est sous … vpn ou tout autre chose ….

Par contre pour avoir tester ce site pendant plusieurs semaine créer divers compte ( famille amis collègue )

La plus part du temps ça c’est solder pareil plainte contre cette société ,

Le design est pas mal et l’application aussi survey spin eureka et survey pop son gérer par la même personne ,

Au début vous jouer tranquille vous vous dite c’est cool tout les 4 euros on peux demander le paiement et limite à un paiement par jours … ( encore faut t’il avoir un paiement de leurs part )

Un service client plus que desartreux puisque il réponde jamais au e-mail et quand on leurs écris on attend toujours une réponse qui viens jamais … surtout quand il veulent pas vous payer et si vous avez la chance d’avoir un paiement il vous répondrons pas plus … 2 chance sur 10….

Alors si vous vous dite je vais allez sur cette application pour avoir des sous je pense que les probabilité d’avoir c’est malheureux quelques euros est d’une probabilité moindre que si tu jouais au loto…..

Franchement oublier ce site car vous allez perdre votre temps ….

Terrible, terrible, terrible, they pay absolute pennies, get your your complete most of a survay then kick you off, and do not reply when contacted, just a horrid service please avoid

I like the app ok and I would've givin 5 stats except I cannot reach customer service and I am having so much trouble verifying my phone number

SCAM!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! IT TAKES UR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DOESNT PAY YOU EVEN IF ITS “Processing” DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAMMY APP

After doing almost entire survey it will say survey closed and give u 2 cents when they actually owe u 1.22 also I have finished over 200 deals I have paid for only a few it shows I have not completed any and the customer service will not help I have sent ss of things I have done and finished they tell me to go to the offer and click help but once u do that it is not help only shows u a record and high lies . Customer service is terrible the worst I have ever dealt with I would not recommend anyone try them at all the closer u get to cash out the less ur gonna make it takes me at least 5 days to earn 3 dollers then they make it impossible to earn the five and won't pay IV tried exactly 60 and not one single survey was I paid for amd every survey closes

Don't waste your time with this app it's all good payments no problem then the last 3 payments didn't receive emailed them loads but no reply need to pay up

Would leave 0 stars but it does not allow you to. Tried cashing out after waited 10 day and still no money I emailed customer support who said they will get back to me within 1 day its now been 5 days. It's not about the money its about the time it took to do the surveys that's the annoying part

i had £11 and when i cashed out it didnt give me the option to sign into my paypal and couldnt cash out

It's really disturbing to me that I have to wait a whole day to cash out for the second time .My first cash out was at 4:53 this morning.,then I received the bonus 5 dollars and it's making me wait to cash it out in supposed of putting it together at one cash out .

Requested my first payout and nothing. So I contacted them. They responded 4 hours later saying my account may be flagged for verification review (even tho the app says my account is verified) and to provide a copy of my ID and they could process it. They have no processed anything or contacted me since. I followed up two more times and still nothing. This is a sister company with eureka survey and they don’t pay either.

After several emails support replied and fixed phone issue, was polite etc. All verified account, cashed money that had been stuck weeks and of course it never sent. 3 days now, apparently they kept my money. #804287 support ticket with account info. $50 + bonuses never sent.

I have been a loyal user and successfully cashed out before, but my PayPal cashout from 9 days ago is stuck. Support has ignored both of my emails

I created a new account a few days ago, I cashed out $5.20, I still have not received it yet and it’s been 3 days. It states it’ll come within 1-2 business days , but it’s been 3. There’s no reflection of a survey spin cash out in my account. I have sent survey spin over 12 emails over the past few days , each time no one has responded to me. Keeps stating the same thing “ someone wi get back to you within one business day” it’s been 3 BUSINESS DAYS! nobody should have to spend hours to make $5 and then not be able to get it. It’s annoying and unacceptable.

An absolute joke. They kick you out of the survey at the first question. They asked me what country I was from, and I replied, then an automated message popped up saying that the researcher had to unexpectedly shut the survey due to me not having the right answers. What a load of rubbish this app is. Oh and by the way, your adverts are misleading. Every single advert I see for money surveys use the exact same script, and plus the acting is terrible, and looks forced. These apps are ableist, racist, and abuse of power, and discriminatory. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I did a whole survey, multiple surveys, but of course when I went to go cash out my measly five dollars, it wouldn’t give me shit. Take it from me and others, do but use this garbage apps. I also reported them to the local
bureau for scams apps. Yeah it’s that shitty

I cashed out to the wrong email and tried contacting them they didn't reply for days but they finally did 😁

Terrible treatment from a non existant customer service! Basically a con! Poor payouts for surveys and then not receiving cashouts at all! Do not trust them!

Echoing what others have said, cashout not received and no response from support. I've got another £10 in there to cash out which i feel like is stuck now because i don't actually expect to receive it. Please don't use this app, it's incredibly frustrating and just plain wrong!
