Have been waiting for a response…
Have been waiting for a response regarding my return for almost a week now. Package had tracking which I emailed company the information for. Have reached out with tracking information and with photos from tracking website stating package was delivered to the address I was provided. Have not received any updates or confirmation from the company itself. I have no issues with waiting for the refund however the lack of communication is very frustrating.

The toy won’t charge after fully using the battery life and it has to be app compatible, I don’t want phones and technology knowing my personal business like that. Wasted $60 and it doesn’t work anymore. Go fck yourselves. Literally. My own hand is better.

Good warranty
The unit had a power issue and they replaced it. The process could have been more streamlined and consistent in my opinion. Took 3 emails over a few weeks at least just to get a reply, but one they replied it became easier. Thank you for standing behind your warranty.

I purchased an Ella three years ago. Recently the motor died. I wish it was from overuse, but that was not the case.
I contacted the company and they resolved the issue. They did take a little longer to send the replacement, but once the replacement arrived, it was working like brand new.
I like these products and appreciated the level of responsiveness from their staff.

Item was faulty on receipt but it took only a couple of quick emails and replacement was sent. Fast and easy, great service.
