Ho fatto il mio acquisto leggendo scrupolosamente le misure riportate sul sito, in quanto sapevo che il reso sarebbe stato un affare complesso. In meno di 1 settimana dall'ordine gli zoccoli sono arrivati e la calzata è perfetta! Specifico che gli zoccoli NON sono scarpe, sono rigide e non consentono al piede di piegarsi nella camminata, quindi per chi non è abituato possono essere molto scomodi. Io sono abituata e mi piace questo tipo di calzata!
Alla conferma dell'ordine è stato indicato il mio indirizzo di paypal anziché quello del punto di ritiro scelto, ho chiesto chiarimenti ma non ho avuto risposte, ma tutte le comunicazioni con UPS sono state corrette e tempestive, con consegna la punto di ritiro. Quindi consiglio di valutare bene se gli zoccoli sono l'acquisto che volete fare prima di comprare e di attenervi con precisione alle indicazioni per le misure.

Tog också väldigt lång tid innan de uppdaterade info hos Klarna vilket gjorde att jag fick påstötningar därifrån trots att returen nått dem för längesedan.

I ordered boots for $200
I ordered boots for $200. The boots I ordered were black and I received these tan furry boots. Inside the box was an invoice to a woman living in Portland Oregon. I've emailed them 25 times and have gotten only automated responses. They do not have customer service in this company is a scam.
Horrendous customer service .. Beware import fees
Appalling customer service and complete lack of transparency about import fees to UK, not made obvious on the website at all. So was shocked to have to pay over £100 to collect my order. I bought boots in a sale so they were a good price but the import fee then put the cost back up to pre-sale price. Would never have ordered if I'd known. Spent ages on phone to delivery service (as couldn't get hold of Hasbeens) trying to decide what to do and thinking if I refused the order I would automatically get a refund but the delivery service said best to accept them then send them back. So followed the advice on the Swedish Hasbeens website and got an automated email saying had to email them for a commercial invoice to return the item (as I was in UK) and to get a return postage label, but I have had no response. I have emailed 4 times, written on their Facebook page and still no response. So I can't send them back to get a refund. Do not buy from this company especially if you are not in EU. Awful experience.
Boots paid for, but not allowed to collect even after paying the extra tax ! Appalling customer service & Missleading info on shipping costs
Appalling customer service. Emailed a week ago and used their what’s app, chat but no luck with communication and support. Very poor transparency on cost of shipping, misleading as advertised shipping costs of £18, no clear information on, that you have to pay import and duty taxes, which added a further £57.28 to collect boots. Have had to claim all the money back for boots, £158 plus £57.28 from my bank as after paying the extra tax I still couldn’t collect the boots. Phone call made in post office to UPS and even though I had a receipt for paying the extra £57.28, they told me Swedish Hasbeens would have to give me a code to allow me to take the boots. Several occasions to post office, lots of time wasted, stress and still no boots. Emailed Swedish Hasbeens straight away which was a week ago, no response, 7 days later. Have made a claim for all money through my bank, still waiting on refund. Will update when I do.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Swedish Hasbeens. I submitted my original support request and then 10 separate return requests, followed by three follow-up emails, and received zero acknowledgment or response. The complete absence of customer support is unacceptable.
On top of that, the sizing information is misleading. I intentionally sized up and the boots were still too small, leaving me with $73 in shipping costs just to exchange them — a cost that could have been avoided with clearer sizing guidance.
I was genuinely excited to become a repeat customer and had multiple additional items ready to purchase, but the lack of communication and accountability has completely eroded my confidence in this brand. Customer service should not be this difficult to reach.

Nightmare
Ordered two pairs of clogs. Items didn’t arrive, no way to phone the company & no refund after 2 months. Terrible customer service I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. Absolute nightmare.

Last week, I ordered a pair of boots without checking the website on Trustpilot first. After I made the payment, I found all the bad reviews here, and I was worried I would never get my boots.
I did get the payment confirmation only the next day, not automatically, which worried me a bit.
I sent a message to customer service and they replied within a few days and were very nice.
Today I got my boots (in Romania) - they look amazing and are perfect for my wider feet.

Boots never received and fake tracking info
Ordered boots in September that never arrived. I never received an email confirmation or tracking information but the money was taken from my credit card. I approached customer service regarding this, after 5 days they came back to me and told me to check my junk for the email confirmation - it wasn’t there. They also provided me with a tracking number that doesn’t exist.
Faulty and large import duty to uk
Do not buy. As others have said, customer service is dire. Import duty added another £79 on to my order which I wasn't expecting (the fee googled was a lot less but the shipping company adds an administration fee on top!). When the boots arrived they were defective with a big crease in the toe. Customer services tried to fob me off by saying that natural leather comes with marks. I feel that this item is faulty, it is not just a natural mark on the leather. It looks like a camel toe FFS!. What can I do now? Absolutely nothing. That's £300 wasted. I used to love these shoes but this incident has ruined the brand for me. I'll not be buying any more. It's a shame I can't upload photos onto trust pilot so that others can see this defect, whoops, sorry 'natural variation in the leather' for themselves.

I habe die anderen Bewertungen sorgfältig gelesen und mich entschieden, auch eine Review zu schreiben. Ich habe bei Swedish hasbeens die naturfarbenen plain knee boots bestellt. Sie passen wirklich toll. Ich habe sie allerdings in Größe 41 genommen, weil ich gerne eine Kuschelsohle in ungefütterte Steifel lege oder warme Kuschelsocken zusätzlich anziehe. Erst gab es Probleme mit UPS, obwohl hasbeens die Stiefel sehr schnell versendet hatte. Ich habe dem Kundenservice eine Email geschickt und nachgefragt. Erst dachte ich, dass die negativen Bewertungen leider Recht haben. Aber nach sechs Tagen kam doch eine wirklich liebe Antwort mit einer Entschuldigung, dass es so lange gedauert hat. UPS hatte die Stiefel an einen Access Point geliefert, obwohl hasbeens sie richtig adressiert hatte.

Poor - boots ordered in January and late Feb
After chasing they finally said via email tbey would investigate. It is now June 2025, no boots, no refund - the only customer support is via email and it takes 5 days to respond only to be told they are looking into it. Very poor - shoes look cute online but they cannot deliver or support.

Worst customer service ever! I wore my shoes for less than a half hour before almost falling on my face due to the rubber that was separated from the sole of the shoe. I had to buy other shoes on the spot, so that I could continue my Father’s Day celebration.
When I reached out to Hasbeens to ask them to send a replacement shoe, they said I just needed to take it to a proper shoe repair shop to have it fixed.
I cannot imagine the gull of a company to charge over $200 for a pair of defective shoes and then suggest the customer spend even more money to have them repaired! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Spend your money elsewhere or expect to spend more of your money on their crappy shoes.
