Swinley Bike Hub Reviews

Thanks to your staff being helpful in changing our son's bike to a bigger one and the great bikes that are for hire, plus the fun trails and open space at Swinley we had a great time as always as a family!

Great service, great bike and amazing trails!

It was a lot of fun. Having not done mountain biking before it was a very enjoyable experience. Being out in nature with lots of variety of trails- lovely challenging 2 hours spent.

Had a training session with Simon today. He was a great coach and gave me useful tips and video footage showing what to work on that I’m sure will help in future. The location and training area were great. Will definitely go back for the trails one day. Would definitely recommend for the coaching.

Great service and advice at the bike hire, and great advice at the Summit. My 10-yr old son loves it there. Thank you to the team.

Bike ready straight away, attentive staff, great bikes.

Absolutely brilliant. Brendon made my son’s birthday treat so special for him and was really helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you

Had a fab time at the Summit, great community of riders. We rented two Orbea hardtails - nice bikes. Shall definitely return soon.

Great ride on the red and blue trails on the Orbea Occam rental bike. Friendly staff setup the bike (shock pressure, dropper post height). Thanks guys!

Smooth pick up and drop off of the bike. Lovely and helpful team

Our coaching session with Aidan was fantastic. He struck the perfect balance between pushing us just outside our comfort zones while still making the experience enjoyable and confidence-building. Despite being at different levels of riding ability, we both felt that the session was tailored to our individual needs and progression. By the end of the two hours, we were riding trails we wouldn't have attempted before—and actually enjoying them. Highly recommended for riders of any level looking to improve.

Very nice and helpful staff, fairly priced and good advice given. Equipment and kit was all pristine and very comfortable.

Epic trails from basic to technical rides, great afternoon.

Great fun with the kids. The bikes were great and the trails were fun. Enjoy your time there :).

Great bike and friendly service. My son and I had fun riding around the blue and first part of the red. Good day out!

Very friendly and extremely helpful

I hired a hardtail bike for a couple of hours to try the green run with my 9 year old granddaughter, we both had a great time

Such an easy experience, easy to book, bikes were easy to collect/return and fab information around the course and from staff.
Bikes were great quality and fun to ride.
Will 100% book again
