Save you money or crypto from being…

Save you money or crypto from being stolen. I bought several 999$ prepaid card when I sold my crypto currency. All seemed well, till I wanted to use the cards, all of them were deactivated. Upon contacting Reloadly support, I was informed that due to inactivity all the cards have expired. However, there was no prior warning before the cards was marked as deactivated or expired. I was pointer to the terms and conditions, found in the portal. However, terms found there were newly updated.
Had several mail exchange with Reloadly support team, however they never reactivated my cards. They Sent me a Persona link, ment to identity myself with government issued ID. However, even that did not help, and they stop responding after receiving the ID, as there was no more reasons to hold back my money.
I have been sending email for the last 4 weeks, not getting any progress with the matter. So, unless you have an urge to get your money stuck in a black hole, try rather using other service providers. These are not trustwurthy nor sincere.

Fraduent company looted me for three…

Fraduent company looted me for three thousand dollars by changing terms without any prenotification and by freezing my card. Upon contact they did not respond to the emails. First by creating a support ticket they responded, with some standard text, blaming me for misinterpreting terms and agreeing to forfeit my funds upon inactivity. However, the card was regularly been debited for maintenance fee the entire time. After a long dialog with support, it resulted in nothing except they asking to go into some persona site to upload and verify my identity by using passport or driving licence. However, upon doing even that, they claim that also that information has expired and process needs to be redone. Actually just another excuse to spend more time tiring out me, and hindering me getting access to my funds...

The expiry notification you received is expected and aligns with the Swype terms and conditions agreed to at activation.

Swype cards are issued with a defined validity period, and once this period has passed, the card is automatically marked as expired.

As defined in our Terms of Service (available to you through you Swype Dashboard), upon expiration, all unused funds associated with the card shall be forfeited and permanently unavaible to the card holder. This information is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service as follows:

Card Expiration: Unless otherwise specified in the Cardholder Agreement, Cards shall be valid for a period of up to three (3) years and shall expire ninety (90) days after the last activity , whichever occurs first. Upon expiration, all unused funds associated with the Card shall be forfeited and permanently unavailable to the Cardholder.

My response was:
This is not correct, the terms and conditions stated 6 months i.e 180 days. These terms and Conditional have been updated afterwards and without me being informed. Anyways, please provide a solution and reactivate my card. There is no notices under the dashbord that informere me about the terms being changed or updated. I cannot be held responsible for Reloadly not informing me upfront of changing terms and conditions. Please resolve the issue as asap, I have been replyong to the mail again and again. I cannot bear a loss of such big extent.

Thank you for your feedback.

Our Service Agreement has always been accessible via the Swype dashboard. The agreement clearly outlines the 90-day threshold, and it specifies that updates to its content may not be communicated.

These are the terms that we communicated and you agreed when the account was activated.

My response:
As I stated previously, these were not the terms when I accepted the terms. These have been updated afterwards. Hence we have a dispute, where being a service Provider you are making a claims without any proper proof. If you were a tenant, and got evicted prior to any prenotice would you have accepted that? I guess no one would have. You cannot state that these were the terms of the contract, without providing a proper warning of eviction. Please refund my money, and reactivate the card as you are not providing a free Gmail service, where you can update terms at your own convinience and to your favour.

Reloadely scam continues:
I appreciate your perspective on this matter. However, it's important to highlight that the Service Agreement permits these kinds of changes, as stated in the third paragraph:

"Swype reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time as it seems fit, and your continued use of the Website and Services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms."

Additionally, we have alwyas included a clear date indicating when each version of the agreement was last updated.

Rip of Merchants

They are thief's. If your in Australia avoid them and look for better alternatives. Purchased online and instead of it being charged at the AUS dollar fee of 110 (example) it was charged at 110US dollars. Them to cap it off they then for a card with total value of 999 is only has a little under 300 left after only one purchase of 110 dollars. Don't trust them they are dishonest and crooks.
Check your emails I have raised a ticked and I got a lovely message back that read.

Bad experience with fraud

I’ve had bad experience with their service. I activated a swype card based on a gift card I received, so that I can use it on anything I want. I immediately found that they reject payments to most merchants in Europe.

I didn’t use the account for around two months, until I received a replacement card randomly, which was very suspicious. Upon activation of the new card, I realized my balance is missing 100 dollars from the original 150.

There were multiple unknown attempts made to use the previous card, with one successful one, in the USA. Despite all this nothing was flagged as suspicious in their system and a new card was randomly created. Problem is that I’ve never been nor shopped anything from the USA, and I live in the Netherlands.

I claimed this is fraud and something went wrong in their system, because I also never shared any card details with anybody nor did anybody have access to my account. Now they want to charge 50 dollars for a dispute with the merchant, whether I win or lose, when they should just refund the 100 dollars and claim responsibility for system issues. I am not interested in a dispute with the merchant because I’m not the one who made the payment.

I will never recommend such a service to anybody. Absolute scam!

I activated the card

I activated the card, tried to pay, but after a couple of days I refused the payment. First, they charged me a commission for the canceled payment, then all the money simply disappeared from the account. Support is not responding. I filed a complaint with the bank and the FBI.

Scammers

Scammers! They reject all transactions, even from Google! I added a card to Google Play, and they rejected all transactions and charged me for every attempt!
UPDATE:
This is unthinkable! Charging a $2.50 commission for every attempt, even an unsuccessful one! I had $10, tried to withdraw $5.50, and they rejected the transaction twice for some unknown reason, charging me a $5 commission! They did nothing, essentially! Support does nothing! They're only pretending to help!

I got the Swype card from my employee…

I got the Swype card from my employee benefits portal. I had a great experience using it on Apple Pay without any problems

RESOLVED (READ) Expired my card 2 months early — kept my $100

✅ RESOLVED: I reached out to parent company Reloadly directly via LinkedIn, and their support team responded almost immediately. They confirmed this was likely an error or security flag, collected my details, and within a couple of hours had confirmed the issue and provided a replacement card with the correct balance. I flagged that many other cardholders appear to be in the same position based on recent Trustpilot reviews, and they advised they will proactively reach out to affected customers. My CFPB complaint has been withdrawn given the prompt resolution.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Card expired 2 months before the agreed expiry date, with $100 still on it — never used once.

When I activated my card on December 24, 2025, the service agreement stated cards expire 6 months after last activity. Swype updated their terms on March 9, 2026 — reducing the inactivity window from 6 months to 3 — with no notification to existing cardholders. My card was then expired on April 24, 2026, just 4 months after activation.

This was a retroactive change to agreed terms without notice. Cardholders who activated under the original 6-month terms had no opportunity to spend their balance before the terms were changed. If you've been gifted a Swype card, use it immediately. Do not assume the terms you agreed to at activation will be honoured.

Improvements on this: Zero security, and abusive terms to protect themselves

Update to my previous 1 star review. They took some time, but at the end they decided to compensate me after my card got clonated online.

So I'll put them 4 starts because the service it's good, the customer service and T&C are more human, but the speed, and that you can't use this card for everything. (It feels limited sometimes), makes me thing that 4 it's a fair number
