Efficient diagnosis and repair of a recent mis-firing of 2 cylinders. No nonsense approach to looking into other potential issues in the interest of the vehicle. I am appreciative of the fact Aston Martin Nottingham recovered the vehicle from my home as Aston Martin Assistance would only recover to my nearest dealership, who at the time, were not able to investigate or undertake any issues so the likelihood would have been for me to be without my vehicle for some time. Highly professional and courteous from the outset, and despite the added complication of me being in America during our email negotiations he worked out a great deal for me.
Due to horrific traffic I was over 30 minutes late to pick my car up, and despite me offering to come back the following day he insisted on working late for me.
