This is the 3rd time we have had the pleasure of dealing with John Machin and Bentley Birmingham. Professional and Friendly staff who go out of their way to assist. Sadly on the day of collecting the entire showroom had gone down with Covid but they stayed in constant contact and made alternative arrangements for a contactless handover. Even though John was unwell, he still called at our appointment time to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend John Machin and Bentley Birmingham as a trusted supplier who goes the extra mile.

Recently had my Lamborghini Serviced at Birmingham Lamborghini.
All the Staff were Extremely Professional and Very Friendly.
The communication I had over the phone was Excellent. They kept me updated through every stage of my Service.
The Health Check on my Vehicle was Extremeley Professional and Thorough too.
The Valet On my car before having it presented back to me was to a Very High Standard.
The Staff all Treated me with the Upmost of Respect and more Importantly looked after my Car as though it was their own.
Can't Praise the Whole Team at Lamborghini Birmingham enough and it goes without saying that I will be a returning Customer for as long as I own a Lamborghini.

I am new to Bentley however this is the first time I have ever felt the post purchase service has exceeded the brand expectation.

We purchased our new Lamborghini from Sytner in Birmingham in 2018 and they have serviced it three tiimes. We have found the dealership highly professional, friendly and efficient. The "white gloves" collection and delivery service is first-rate and the car is always returned in mint condition. Overall a pleasant experience (and I cannot say the same for the Porsche dealerships which service my other cars).

I received a call from Sarah Parsons explaining that my MOT was due, I was going to take it to an independent garage for the work to be done. She offered me a service package and MOT with a collection service. I decided to have this done and was really looked after by Sarah every step of the way. There was a few issues with some repairs but Sarah looked after my car's needs perfectly and understood my thoughts. She was polite, professional and attentive to customer needs. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Sarah, great job!

I could not fault the service provided by James the Sales Executive who worked with me to spec my vehicle. He was first class throughout the process, right the way through handover and delivery.
