Giving Derby Audi 5 stars somehow feels like underselling them—this experience was on another level entirely.
I originally walked in just to browse, but from the moment I met Harry Krywiuk, I was made to feel genuinely valued. Every question, every detail, every moment—nothing was too big, nothing too small. By the time I left, I wasn’t just considering the car… I was genuinely excited by the thought of owning it.
After visiting other garages, one thing became crystal clear: the level of trust, care, and professionalism at Derby Audi was unmatched. When you’re investing £40,000, you want more than just a car—you want complete confidence that you’ll be looked after long after you drive away. That’s exactly what Harry delivered.

Staff member gave me a lift home
I came for routine service but was found to have 2 tyres with deep cuts. I couldn't wait to have new tyres fitted as needed to be elsewhere, so a member of staff gave me a lift home where I had access to another car and I collected the car the next day with new tyres fitted.

Looking to buy a new car and…
I am looking to buy a brand new car and went on to the Sytner Audi local website to see what stock of new cars they had in stock to go and look at. Unfortuetly there absolute eubish web site cant show you there stock and if you try to find a certain model it doesnt let you find a new car only used . I think this is a ploy by the comoany to get you to call them so they have your details to pressure sell you a car.
I will look for a reputable Audi dealership that has a website that you can use...

We recently bought an Audi A1 from Derby Audi, which we are delighted with. The young person in sales was new to the job and couldn't do enough for us. Because he was new, apparently a sales manager had to speak with us. We were clear from the outset that we were purchasing outright no lease and didn't want any extra's, particularly insurance for wheels, paint etc etc. The sales manager took us through the script and I politely stopped him and said we were not interested in any thing other than vehicle purchase only. He then proceeded to tell us that some customers could purchase any vehicle in the showroom outright, in fact some customers could purchase all the cars in the show room out right, and that we should let him finish. He wasn't just rude, but he was quite comical actually, not in a good way. Amateurish. I was about to say something when my wife put her hand on my knee. I knew she wanted me to remain quiet as we liked the young sales person and didn't want him to lose a sale. The said manager was appallingly rude, and to be honest i'm quite surprised I didn't say let's just forget the purchase.

Unfortunately, I did not feel the service reflected a five-star standard.
Firstly, there was some confusion regarding the pricing of additional work. I initially spoke with a member of staff who discussed the need for brake fluid replacement and spark plugs. While I was with her, I was quoted a cost of approximately £100 for this work, which I agreed to. However, after leaving the premises, I received a text message advising that the cost would actually be closer to £350. This discrepancy felt unprofessional and somewhat misleading, as the initial quote was significantly different from the revised amount. I was later informed that the original price had been provided by a receptionist, which suggested there may have been a lack of clarity or training around quoting service costs. Due to this confusion, when asked again whether I wished to proceed, I decided to decline the additional work as I no longer felt fully confident in the information being provided.
Secondly, I would like to mention the complimentary vehicle clean. While I appreciate that this is an additional service, the quality of the clean appeared quite poor and gave the impression that very little care had been taken. I regularly take my car to a local car wash every few weeks where the vehicle is cleaned more thoroughly in a short period of time. Given that this was carried out at Audi, I had expected a higher standard. On this aspect alone, I would likely rate the clean around 2 out of 5.
Finally, I did not receive the service documentation once the work had been completed. I had to contact a member of staff afterwards to request the documents, which were then sent to me as a PDF via email. While this was eventually resolved, it again did not reflect the level of organisation and service quality I would normally expect from Audi.
Overall, the combination of incorrect pricing information, the quality of the vehicle clean, and the omission of the service documentation made the experience somewhat underwhelming. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively so that future customers receive the high standard of service typically associated with Audi.
I had sent this email to 2 staff members but unfortunately a lack of response has meant a review is the best form of communication.

poor service
Second visit in a month for planned service work. both occasions dropped car off at 8.30 and last time vehicle wasnt ready until after 5pm and this time called at 4.30 and was told car would be ready in 45 mins. Turned up at 5 and car not ready until 6pm due to issue with gearbox service. poor communication around issues and nearly never got car back until last minute. Wont be booking in here again.
